This 120 m² accommodation is carefully designed to ensure comfort and convenience.

The ground floor offers a spacious living room with a dining table and 8 chairs, perfect for meetings.

The compact kitchenette is equipped with essential appliances such as a freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and refrigerator. This is a small cooking area without an oven or stove, but you'll find a variety of dining options just outside the apartment, including a charming cafe nearby.

An easily accessible bathroom on this floor is fully equipped for people with reduced mobility and the ground floor, including the kitchenette and bathroom, is designed with accessibility in mind. For relaxation there is a comfortable sofa and table in the living room.

On the first floor you will find a beautifully decorated bedroom with a desk. The adjacent bathroom includes a bathtub a bidet, sink, and toilet, which provides a spacious, bright and airy retreat.

The basement has a versatile room with a double bed, which can serve as a living area, bedroom or storage space. In addition, there is a spacious bathroom with a shower, a laundry room for your convenience.

Go outside to enjoy a small, quiet courtyard. Please note that use of this area is limited after 10 pm to maintain a quiet area.

Please note that the air conditioning is a portable unit intended for one room. There are fans available as well.

The house has always been professionally cleaned for your own safety.

Access for guests
Guests have access to the entire property (except two doors which are connected to my apartment next door and they are locked, tbh you won't even notice that these doors are here)

IMPORTANT: To maintain our wonderful community's peaceful atmosphere, we kindly request that guests observe quiet hours in the flat and courtyard after 10:00 PM.

This is a strictly smoke-free property. A €300 professional deep-cleaning fee applies to any violations to ensure the comfort of future guests.
