This apartment, lighted by three large windows, fully renovated in 2011, consists of 1 double bedroom with a large private bathroom and a living- room of 430 . with 2 sofas (one double bed).
From the living-room, with kitchen, you get access to a second italian style bathroom
The whole house has hardwood floors, while in the bathrooms were installed marble and ceramics

We chose to stay here based on the location, a lift (it was on the 3rd floor, which is 4 flights of steps), washer, and 2 bathrooms. It was spacious and the appliances were in working order. It was really hot the week we were there and there were 3 total fans for the apartment which worked out adequately (A/C would have made it perfect, but we realize most of the world isn’t as A/Ced as the USA). It was just the 2 of us. We felt safe (there was a code to get into the courtyard and a fob to get into the tower of our condo, and a key lock on the door). Melany (our local hostess) was very helpful and available. We would stay here again. Thank you

Only the local agent’s mother met us on arrival to show us around the apartment. Unfortunately, she was unable to explain to us several essential pieces of information: how the heating system and the electric stove worked because she was apparently unfamiliar with them and was not English-speaking. The agent’s telephone conversation with us at that time was not an adequate substitute for her presence. As a result, we had to guess how to deal with a primitive electrical system which was tripped whenever we attempted to use certain appliances or combinations of appliances. In addition, the WiFi was non-functioning and as a result we were never able to use our phones to locate and contact restaurants to make reservations and to receive email.

This was my second stay at the apartment. It was comforting to return to its warm and familiar decor and spaciousness which afforded individual spaces for relaxing after exploring the wonderful neighborhood. The conveniences in the apartment and an elevator also made our stay relaxing and comfortable. The apartment is located close to many restaurants, the Bastille, Notre Dame and other parts of Paris that iare walkable or accessible from nearby Metro lines.This is a special place to stay when visiting Paris.

The location in the middle of the Marais but in a quiet building as the unit faces an inner courtyard, is unbeatable. Walking distance from many museums, specialty shops, restaurants, the iconic Place des Vosges, and mostly, the history-deep Marais district. The apartment is absolutely lovely, quaint decor, ample and luminous. All necessary appliances and little items are provided and in good shape (including lights, ventilation, supplies). It is great to have a clothes washer, a dishwasher and two walk-in showers. Lots of linen, towels and kitchen items. Melany and owner Maria Pia were always available at a WhatsApp call or email. Bonus: great bed, ample living area, open kitchen, who could ask for anything more?

The apartment has an excellent location. A “boulangerie” (bakery) across the street, nearby restaurants, groceries stores, Monoprix, pharmacies, three available metro stations, bus stops. and boutiques in the Marais. On Thursdays and Sundays there is a very lively Bastille market with sellers from different places of France, 3 minutes walk from the apartment.Even though the building is on a busy and centrally located avenue, the apartment is extremely peaceful and quiet in the interior of the building, no noise at all. Very secure and safe building. The amenities true to description. The property condition of the Apartment is very good, clean and secure. The elevator is in good working condition.Communication with the owner was excellent. The host, Melany made possible a very smooth check in, explaining everything in detail, and even giving suggestions for nice restaurants in the area and being available when needed. We spent 16 beautiful days and would definitely stay again.

The caretaker was very helpful. It was nice having two bathrooms for three people. The bakery across the street was wonderful and convenient. The train was a short walk and the caretaker was helpful informing us on how to use it. We highly recommend it.

We stayed at the apartment for 8 days. We were welcomed by Mel. She had just cleaned the apartment leaving fresh towels, bedding and flowers for us. How lovely! The pictures online were very accurate. Having two full bathrooms for two women was a luxury. The location cannot be better. Easy access to Place des Vosges. Metro stop one block from the apartment door. Good restaurants all around. Excellent choice, highly recommend and hope to return.

A rare find: a spacious apartment with two full bathrooms, a secure building with an elevator, in a great neighborhood and at a reasonable price! Added bonus: a hostess that extends a warm welcome to her guests by timely responses to inquiries, easy and convenient check in/out, and in creating a warm and calm interior with many thoughtful conveniences. I was fortunate to finally find an availability during my travel dates after years of checking and reading the reviews. I can verify all the accolades in the reviews and without being redundant would encoutrage others to read through for more details and why I would definitely rate my stay as 10 out of 10! My wife and I stayed at this perfect apartment. Both bathrooms were large and the shower had great water pressure. The bed was comfortable and so was the couch in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked. The apartment was in a great location. Many wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood. In fact there were 5 michelin star restaurants in the neighborhood. The Metro was close by and a bakery across the street. I would highly recommend staying at this Apartment. Ideal for two adults. Great to have one bathroom for me and one for my wife. This is a large one bedroom, with a convertible sofa in the living room, two full bath apartment on the edge of the Marais. It's convenient to a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries (an excellent one on the corner), and a liquor store adjacent to the building. Place des Vosges is a beautiful park two blocks away. There are two Métro lines within walking distance and two bus lines stop almost at the door. The building is between Place Republique and Bastille. The owner and the host are very responsive, and have stocked the apartment with all the supplies one would need. We look forward to our next visit.

This flat was a perfect choice for me and my young adult daughter; we are both introverts who enjoy space and a bit of privacy when we travel. It was bigger than it looked in the photos, and having two full baths - at opposite ends of the property- was a huge - and unusual for Paris - plus! We loved the location - super easy access to Metro and bus lines - and steps from Place des Vosges. After a week in a St. Germain hotel, which we also liked for different reasons, this truly felt like the “real,” less touristy, Paris. Property security was impressive without being complicated. Local hosts were awesome, and patient and helpful when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is spacious, had everything we needed (including fans for the summer), and was very quiet (looks onto an inner courtyard). The location is terrific. We stayed in his lovely property in June 2022, and when another trip to Paris was planned for 2023, we were lucky enough to see that there was availability here again. The pictures posted online very accurate and if anything, the apartment is bigger than what it appears. There is an elevator which helps with heavy luggage and such and a full kitchen with everything you may need if you choose to cook for yourself. There are so many lovely restaurants around so chances are you won't be cooking. There are several metro stops very close by that will take you anywhere in the city . Communication with the owner and the check-in / check out process is extremely easy and efficient. The building is extremely double secure with a coded door entry way into a courtyard. The neighborhood itself is lovely and right on the edge of Le Marais. Don't hesitate to book this lovely apartment. We've done it twice now and if we ever come back, we will help it's available yet again.

Really nice and spacious appartement, well equipped, in a beautiful surrounding near Place des Vosges. Contact to the owner was quick and easy, Maria Pia was very friendly, also Melany, who was taking care of our arrival. The appartement is located very centrally, near Metro Bastille, but has still a quite atmosphere. A really good bakery is 1 minute away, also lots of good restaurants. We really want to come back to this nice place.

The apartment is large for Paris, with two full baths and a good size bedroom, plus a large living/dining room/kitchen. Located in a lively neighborhood, the apartment faces a courtyard, so it is protected from street noise, and the large windows in both rooms let in lots of light. It is a couple of blocks from the Bastille Opera House, one block from the Place des Vosges and the Marais and an easy walk to the Seine and the Left Bank. The area is full of shops, cafes and restaurants, and the bakery 20 steps from the front door has wonderful breads and pastries, as well as soups, salads and sandwiches. We have lived in Paris and visited dozens of times over the years, and I would be glad to stay here again next time we come .

We stayed in this apartment in late November 2022. It’s spacious, quiet and well appointed. There is a bakery close by to pick up croissants or quiche for breakfast and lots of restaurants in the area. We bought a stack of metro tickets and took the metro sightseeing. Next time I’ll look into a Navigo card which you can buy at the nearby metro station - Bastille. I think the individual metro tickets are due to be discontinued eventually. The marais neighbourhood is a short walk away and we enjoyed the jazz clubs. We’ll be back!

This apartment is in a fabulous location. The Bastille Metro is one block away at exit 10 and it’s market day on Thursday and Sunday as well as an antique flea market on Saturday and Sunday right on Beaumarchais. The bakery is right across the street and a Carrefour shop down the street. Lots of restaurants band ATM banks. The apartment has an elevator to the third floor so that helps with luggage and groceries. There are two bathrooms, lovely shower, washing machine, wifi, ample closet space. There was a desk we used for our laptop. The kitchen table and living room was all in one big room. When we had questions or had a problem, Melany answered right away to help resolve any issues using a WhatsApp number. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved our month-long stay here. The apartment is spotless and lacking no amenities. It is actually more spacious than it appears in the photos, with plentiful daylight streaming though tall windows. A third-floor location, facing the inner courtyard, allowed for total peace and quiet. Rue Beaumarchais is the perfect location between the 3rd and the 11th, between Bastille and Republique. Three metro stops are within 2-minute walks. The location is replete with restaurants, cafes, boulangeries, markets, shops and leafy parks, including the oldest public square in Paris, the Place des Vosges. Our contact, Melany, was competent, responsive, totally reliable and helpful. We’ve been to Paris several times, and this is by far our favorite place to stay. It felt like home, and we hope to return soon!

The area is awesome , in the heart of the historic marais district, few steps from Place des Vosges, the oldest square of Paris and one of the most beautiful. If looking for a spacious, well-maintained, perfectly located apartment in Paris, this is it! My husband and I (both in our 70s) spent eight nights in this delightful, quirky place. Here's what we liked: 1) the communication with both the owner and Melany, who was our contact in Paris, 2) the size of the apartment, 3) two bathrooms, 4) secure entrance, 5) quiet space because of inner courtyard, 6) access to good restaurants, bakeries, wine stores, and pharmacies right outside the door, 7) Metro mintues away, 8) the original "highline" a short distance away, 9) the chance to be in Paris but not in the heart of the tourist area--we loved being the only Americans in many of the restaurants we went to. I forgot to mention the lift, so essential when on the fourth floor (or third in France). And I could go on and on. But we were very pleased with the apartment and hope to come again.

This apartment was perfect for our one-week stay in Paris. Wish we could have stayed longer. The furnishings are comfortable and in good shape. Kitchen is well equipped. With windows on two sides, cross ventilation made for comfortable sleeping. The location is a strong point -- one block from a Metro stop (served by 3 lines); next door to a wine shop; two doors from a bakery; and close to a variety of cafes. While in the middle of things, the apartment is super-quiet. The onsite hostess was helpful and pleasant. We would definitely rent this unit again.

We had a brilliant stay in this gorgeous apartment. The location was great, next to a boulangerie selling croissants and baguettes, lovely restaurants on the doorstep and a wine shop next door. There are three metro stations nearby and all the sights are within easy reach. The apartment was perfect for us. Our teenage daughter loved having her own bathroom and the beds were comfy too. The washing machine came in handy because we packed carry on luggage only to avoid some of the airport issues this summer. It was also good to have the choice of eating out or eating in after a busy day of sightseeing. The apartment is so quiet and even though it was very hot the apartment was a cool oasis! Thank you for the wonderful stay, we hope to come back again.

My husband and I and my sister and her husband spent four nights at this excellent VRBO apartment in Paris. It was spacious and had everything we needed. There are many good restaurants near by and the apartment was well equipped for making meals at home as well. We loved being near the beautiful Place des Voges and close to two Metro stops for traveling all around Paris. We especially appreciated having two bathrooms - something nearly impossible to find and certainly not at this price. Communication with the owner as well as the woman managing the property was easy and excellent. Lovely people who made us feel welcome. They allowed us a late check out to coordinate our travel plans too. I recommend this VRBO without hesitation for a stay inParis. It is reasonably priced and a larg apartment by city standards- light and airy and very quiet as it is in an inner courtyard. One couple slept on the sofa bed, but it was comfortable enough and there was plenty of room for dining and sitting around conversing. Don’ t hesitate one minute to book this!

This condo is exactly as described if not better. It's extremely roomy and has everything you would need for a perfect stay. Two full bathrooms big queen bed and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. The location is perfect. There are wonderful restaurants all around and a perfect café across the street with lovely croissants, quiche and pastries. Multiple subway stops within a couple minutes walk. The building is extremely secure and in a very quiet place. When we arrived it was extremely hot in Paris but despite not having air conditioning it was still fairly cool indoors. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment for your stay in Paris. Communication with the host was quick and easy as was the check in process. Elevator was extremely helpful since we arrived with a lot of luggage. We hope to return one day.

We So appreciated Maria’s apartment. It was a little home away from home for us. It was clean, easy to pick up after ourselves and if we needed help, the building supervisor and the local contact were there for us. We are seniors and it was very senior friendly- buses, metro, markets and the Opera close at hand. We hope to return next year. Wifi was a challenge for us…but it worked out and we learned what we can do. We also learned about the G7 cab company and important to us was that we could arrange in English. Thank you

My partner and I were absolutely thrilled with the location and the apartment. We have been to Paris 4 previous trips and stayed in different areas but both agree this met the bill for the “perfect” location. And the boulangerie at the corner is wonderful! Plus the resto across the street, 2 cafes for an afternoon bier and Place Des Vosges two minute walk. Did I forget the Bastille Marche 2x per week around the corner? and the Promenade des Plante (NYC Highline was fashioned after it) also a short walk past the Opera which is basically across the avenue, and………so much more!

Bella casa in ottima posizione molto ampia per le tipiche metrature parigine. Cucina ben attrezzata. Ottima accoglienza in inglese/francese. Buon Wi-Fi. Bagno con bidet… evento raro oltralpe. Unico neo le vecchie tubature dagli scarichi a volte fanno uscire odori un po’ forti ma nulla di drammatico che non si risolva facendo scorrere l’acqua e con un po’ di deodorante. Esperienza da ripetere.
