The 3 flights of stairs, but we did not have much luggage :)

Super Lage, schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation. Kleine Details wie Begrüssungskorb, Steckdosen für USB- Ladekabel, genügend Handtücher und WC-Papier machen den Aufenthalt angenehm. Tolle Bars und Restaurants direkt in der Strasse, dennoch ruhig da Innenhof-Lage, kein Strassenlärm hörbar. Lediglich das Treppenknarren und Schritte der Nachbarn sind vernehmbar, aber wenig störend. Metro und Busse (Haltestelle Bastille) in 3min Gehdistanz, toll!
Für eine Familie mit 2 grossen Kindern etwas eng für einen langen Urlaub, aber für uns (12 und 14) vollkommen okay.

It was centrally located , lot of shops around for everything. Metro stop 4 mins walk. Had all the basic amenities. Samy was a great help since he was always available to help us with any kind of trouble .
