Welcome to our Apartment in the Heart of the Marais
We are delighted to present to you our one-bedroom apartment, 26 m2, located in the famous Marais district, just a few meters from the famous Place des Vosges, its shops, cafes, restaurants and cultural venues. Nestled in a typically Parisian building, our apartment will immerse you in the heart of Parisian life and offer you easy access to many tourist sites. It is perfect for a successful stay with family or friends.

• Located on the 5th floor with elevator (4th floor by elevator and the 5th by staircase)
• An elegant living room with a sofa bed
• A table and chairs for convivial meals
• Television and Wi-Fi connection for your entertainment
• A fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle
• 1 bedroom with double bed for peaceful rest
• A bathroom with shower
• Separate toilets for added convenience
Services included:
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest, and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper to ensure your apartment is spotless when you arrive.

Better check-in instructions would have made the process better. It is not enough to provide the code for the lockbox, the lockbox location should be provided. Also simple directions within the building sinces there were no markings or unit numbers.

Property location is great, two minute walk to Metro stop. Apartment layout is odd with toilet on right when you enter the apartment into living/kitchen space and shower and sink in the bedroom. It worked for two of us staying there but would be hard for more than two guests. Property managers were great to work with and very responsive.
