Lokacija je odlična, hram je na svega nekoliko koraka udaljen. Ulica nije bučna i prebukirana saobraćajem. Posjeduje privatan parking i stan je veliki. Vlasnica stana je jako ljubazna, susretljiva i obzirna, velika pohvala :)

Konkretno je sve OK, naša preporuka je da bi mogli za malo novca ga renovirati i uljepšati i podići cijenu i samim tim ocjenu.
