Great place to stay for family of 4, highly recommend!

The location is great, very close to city centre, easy to move around by foot. There are many cafes and bakeries around, also a supermarket that is open 24hrs. The owner, Aca, was very helpful and lovely. We arrived late and he waited for us and helped with all questions.

The location was really good, walking dance to the city centre and all the tourist attractions. Clean, organised and without any major problems. And the host Mr. Aca was amazing, you have to meet him.

The isolation is not at its best. Would have been preferable to have at least a shower gel, shampoo and enough toilet paper.

A great place to stay in a lovely neighborhood of Belgrade

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It's clean, spacious, excellent wifi. Lot's of cafe's and shops around. A safe and lovely area of Belgrade to stay in, close to the centre, but not too busy.

Perfect for a longer stay in Belgrade

The location is great. The apartment is clean and very spacious. The bed is comfortable and the central heating system is excellent (for me it was a bit too hot but it should be great during the winter). A fully equipped kitchen with a dinning room makes this place, among other things, perfectly suitable for a longer stay. Overall, this is an excellent quality apartment, and the hosts, Dusica and Aca, are very nice, educated people easy to communicate with.

The bedroom window faces the street, and you can sometimes hear the passengers talking.

O apartamento é uma graça, super espaçoso, confortável e bem localizado. Tem tudo o que se precisa para uma estadia de alguns dias em Belgrado. Além disso, toda a comunicação com a anfitriã foi muito fácil e tranquila, tivemos todo o suporte necessário, e a recepção feita pelo Sr. Aca também foi ótima, muito simpático e bem humorado.

Замечательная квартира в центре Белграда, старый кирпичный дом, как сказали бы в России - "сталинка". Расположение отличное, стиральная машина, посудомойка, хороший напор воды, хороший слив в унитазе (похоже на американский тип), не было проблем с горячей водой, хотя стоит бойлер - просто открываешь кран и сразу идёт горячая, можно долго стоять в душе, в общем, сильный вариант. Замечательный паркет, просторные комнаты, есть куда уложить ребёнка. Ключи передал мультиязычный мужчина, который нам всё рассказал, как и что в квартире. Он знает немецкий и польский - было удобно, так как сербского мы не знаем, но знаем эти языки. Оплата наличными - самый лучший вариант без этих дурацких списаний в случайный момент. Бронирование можно было бесплатно отменить за два дня до заезда - храни Господь таких хозяев.

Первый этаж - это и плюс, и минус. На окнах решетки и ставни, дело ваше, закрывать их или нет, мы закрывали только на ночь, и то не полностью. Двор реально проходной - рядом школа и театр, и под окнами довольно заметный пешеходный трафик, всё слышно. С другой стороны, не надо подниматься на высокий этаж.
