Cozy, clean and tidy apartment, very kind owners, great location, acceptable price.

The location of the apartment is exceptional as it is close to the Clinical Center of Serbia (the goal of my short visit to Belgrade). Since I was in a hurry, I had to find accommodation in a short time. I was lucky enough to contact the kind owners of Apartment Slavija (Mr. and Mrs. Đurđev) who really did their best to fulfill my requests. I am truly grateful to them because their efforts made my stay nice and comfortable. The apartment is cozy, warm, very clean and tidy with all amenities, suitable even for a longer stay. I would gladly repeat the reservation the next time I am in Belgrade.

Just okay as I had to spend only a night for catching my fight

The apartment is good for someone who just wants to stay a night. The location is fairly good. There is an elevator (although old and small, for may be 2 persons max) to reach the 6th floor where the apartment is. The host was sweet and helpful.

The apartment was not clean. The pot was very dirty - seemed like it was not cleaned in days. The kitchen and bathroom are not well equipped in terms of toiletries and towels. Only basic toiletries and hand towels have been provided. The bed was just okay in terms of comfort.

Calm and cozy stay in a busy area

The apartment is larger in reality than on photo but still very cozy and designed with a personal touch. It has perfect space for two people, the living/dining room has a table with comfortable chairs, where you can eat, have a tea, or even work if you work online. Besides, there is a small coach to relax. In the bedroom there is a large bed, coach and a coffee table, as well as TV where you can watch nostalgic MTV music videos. The view from the window is beautiful and calming and the apartment in general is very quiet despite being in the center area near Slavija square, consulates etc. (which comes quite handy if you came to Belgrade for some business trips etc. and not only for sightseeing, yet the area is charming and offers a lot to see as well). Other reviews mention the elevator as a flaw, but we personally saw it as an advantage since it looks interesting and contributes to the charm of the apartment in this building. My wife being very sound-sensitive person nevertheless had no problem with its sound and we slept very good. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, as well as tea, coffee, and olive oil. The owner is kind and helpful, he is an interesting person to talk to and among others things recommended us where we can eat, where to go in the area etc.

The shower head holder could be more flexible, but it's the only small thing which comes to mind.

Tidy and nice

Nicely equipped, clean apartment. Very quiet, good location.

We stayed on a cold winter night, and the heating was only in the living room. The bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom were rather cold.

ideal for a 1-2 people for a couple of nights in centre of Belgrade (esp if you love pizza)

a very good pizzeria down the street, a Bosnian (or smth like) restaurant on the opposite side of the Slavia square; you can walk to main shopping street Knez Mihajlova (if you like it), you can see some imposant buildings like Parliament or Karageorgic house; a walk to Old City is a bit too far; a very good connection from airport (Bus A1). You can walk to Central Railway (Prokop) station, some 17 min (if you need it). Sleeping room has no heating - but I exactly liked it. Bed was hard but I like hard beds and loath boxsprings; you can cook and have the whole suit at your full disposal, with no nosy chambermaids bumping at you when you forgot a thing or two and return at 11 am; surely no morning snack but you don't have to look at your watch waiting until the 9 (or 8.30) and then, if you're late, no more eggs (well, you can scramble/scratch your own ... ;/) no more tomotoes, forget about orange juice!

a lift - ancient and noisy. Just next door (literally). But after 22.00 it's silent. I slept there until 6.30 or so after which the neighbour took shower - you hear every tinkle. Oke, gentlemen - but what does one get in a hotel? Its panoramic windows (almost) always look over a busy main street and then? A street-car rambling at 4.30, making sounds almost mightly enough to make the dead arise, and surely awful enough to make you jump off your bed, afraid of an earthquake! I'm not citing an Internet post, I'm writing from my own experience (in another city/ country). The Deligradska street has no street cars, but has a nostalgic tinge and even an ancient Soviet UAZ locked with a copper padlock (gorgeous!)

It was amazing journey! Owner is friendly and helpful, told me about speciality in heating there. Also he helped in choosing location to sightseeing (in addition, there was maps in the flat, so every guest can use it during staying there). And the best thing is that owner kept in touch from the beginning of booking until my departure. I adore this place and recommend to stay here
