TERRIBLE! Read Before Booking.

1. First point: the apartment is located inside a complex of venues and nightclubs that are open every day. The area is very neglected, there is trash everywhere and it smells of urine. There is a constant flow of drugged and dangerous people; you have to be very careful. 2. Second point: upon my arrival I found the apartment dirty, with a lot of dust everywhere, even on the bed (I am allergic). The bathroom trash bin had not been emptied. The small TV did not work properly (it is not a Smart TV). But the most important issue is that the heat pump that should heat the room was not working; in fact, when turned on it blew cold air even when set to the highest temperature. Absolutely unacceptable. 3. Third point: the windows are extremely thin, letting in the cold and, above all, noise. There are nightclubs open until 6:00 a.m. every day, with very loud music that will prevent you from sleeping. All of this is accompanied by the screams of drunk people arguing right outside your room; they even start hitting each other and vomiting everywhere. If you want to book, go ahead, but at least now you know what to expect. I had to pay for another hotel because I left, and the owner did not refund me. He is interested ONLY in your money; whether you have a good or bad stay is not his problem, as long as you pay.

Greedy place

Avoid this place! It is impossible to sleep there. Windows are broken, so you can not close them Room is in so called "Designer district", where 3 night clubs are operating... The area is dirty.....

Please watch out for the night life near the apartment.

The room was comfortable, the owner was very nice as well as her daughter. The location is amazing, you have everything you need and you are close to all the main locations.

Despite the good location, the street was very dirty, the smell of urine was overwhelming as well as the night life. People were arguing under our balcony almost every night, even getting into physical fights. The apartment across from us was playing loud music, so loud i could barely fall asleep the first 2 nights. I had to call the police 2 times in order for someone to come and calm down the situation. As for the price of the apartment itself, on the app it said the price was 18.600 but we were charged 20.060. Which for the experience was a bit overpriced.

Not worth the price

The bed's comfortable and the bathroom looked clean.

The location is pretty horrible. Although it is in the city center, it is surrounded by bars and clubs, so sleeping was near inpossible. There was loud music every night from 11pm until 7am nearby, and people were shouting or talking loydly below the studio, there were even some scary moments in the dead of night, so I was exhausted during the entire stay. There is no sound insulation. Also, you will have to eat out and buy water or get a thermos because there are no glasses or any utensils in the flat. There's also no storage space so it is unsuitable for stays longer than 1 night max.

Great location, right in the heart of belgrade and really nicely renovated rooms with a great bathroom, air conditioning and a fridge, great size and a lovely sit down area outside

Bit tricky to find the place in the start, no kettle, booking paid in person in cash (which was a bit of a problem - remember to prepare some before coming!)

Great stay, central location, but it gets loud at night during the weekend due to a bar next door

Interior design was very nice and the shower was very clean, there was a nice working desk, overall small, but cosy, tidy and nice for a short term stay. It was also very central and practical with everything in reach.

Unfortunately there is a bar downstairs that is open until very late each Friday and Saturday. On Thursday I slept great, but over the weekend, if you are not going to party yourself, do bring the ear plugs.

The location is amazing, the room itself also good, looks and luxious bathroom, bed a bit hard but good enough, great airco. Also a special lock for the area.

No window to open, only the front door. The area can be locked, luckily, because as its in the middle of the centre there is also some drunk people, also near a hostel.

Exceptional

Apartment was very clean and comfortable and recently renovated. I arrived quite late and my hosts were very accommodating when coordinating check in. Area around apartment does look a little sketch but is actually very safe. As a female, traveling on my own I felt very safe. Apartment is located in the middle of the arts district so there are a lot of local artists with shops right outside your door.

It was ok, the area around the room isn't the best, lots of people making noise in the early morning

Its was really hot in the room and The AC barely worked and kept dripping water on the ground. When I reached out to the host about this and she basically just accused me of touching it if something is wrong instead of addressing the issue. Close to the city center.

Studio is in once popular- nowdays half empty shopping center, in renovated shopping unit- during the day is quite noisy, during the night quite unpleasant. Not recommending for single ladie's travelers.

No sound proofing. Impossible to sleep the whole night cause of loud music from the club below.

It is a nicely set place, clean and with a spacious bed.

Unfortunately, the space is not an apartment but a store space turned into apartment with no sound proofing at all. The whole night, literally until morning you could hear the loud music from the club below. No sleep even with earplugs. :(

Bad value for money

Location is great.

Studio 138 isn’t really a room in a residential building. Its a space for rent that the owner tried to turn into an apartment therefore it doesn’t have any heating. The floor was extremely cold (to the point where you couldn’t walk around without your shoes on), the whole room was cold, you can feel the wind coming through your front door because the facility doesn’t have any kind of isolation. The owner put the build in air conditioner- but it doesn’t do the job. That one air conditioner couldn’t heat up the unit. Furthermore, below the unit there is a club called Mystic that works until 5am and you can hear everything from your room. When I entered the facility I found empty lunch boxes from the guests who stayed here before.
