Its in the center, which is a huge plus. I booked it late in the evening, but the owner came right away to let me in.
Its in the basement, no natural ventilation. Bed should be replaced.

We only stayed the night, but from what we saw the room is clean, quite spacious, and has a good bed. For the location the price is very good. Hotels will easily cost you double.

It was quite clean and modern, the bathroom and the bed were nice to stay in. The location is great.

The location was excellent, right off Republic Square! The bathroom was lovely and the bed was very comfy. There was air con too which we definitely needed in 40 degree heat!
The apartment could have done with more cleaning. There was visible dust on the skirting boards and around the edges of the room. There was also no kettle to boil water for tea/coffee.
