The apartment is very cozy and comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated. There is good Wi-Fi, the shower is equipped with an electric boiler (like all apartments in Belgrade, I think) but the shower is still good and there is enough hot water. The kitchen has pots and pans for home cooking, including cutlery, etc. The bed is very comfortable. The location is excellent, right next to a central square in the city from which it is easy to go for a walk or take many public transport lines to the old town or the airport.
Just note that there are quite a few stairs to climb to get to the elevator.

Location is very convenient, walking distance to city centre or there is public transport on doorstep if you don't want to walk, also airport bus stopping there too, apartment is modern and clean, looking exactly like on the photos, big cosy living room with massive TV, kitchen is equipped with fridge, toaster, microwave, owen etc. Bars, restaurants, little shops and bakery are nearby. Easy communication with the owner. Could highly recommend this place, will come back again. PS there is one unusually cool detail in the apartment.... glass ceiling which looks like a sky with clouds.

The location is 11 out of 10. The only difficult thing for me was to use the bed/sofa and the apartment is so small for me since I had to work from the apartment most of the time, but it served the need. Warm, quiet, perfect bathroom, perfect wifi. Definitely worth the money.
The place is quite small for me, but it may be OK for most travelers.
