The apartment was comfortable, affordable and conveniently located.

The owner was friendly, met us and made a room tour. The apartment was pretty big and clean, very conveniently placed in terms of public transport routes.

Others mention an odor, and there is some, but you get used to it within a few minutes. Wall electrical sockets are somewhat loose, and you need to be careful with them no to rip them out.

It had everything we needed.

The location of the apartment is great, very close to the center and Knjaz Mihajlova street. The landlady was nice and helpful. Looking at the pictures we expected much bigger apartment, but in live it's smaller especially the living room. It still met our expectation because we were 4 adults and 2 children, so each family had a separate room. It was nice that the kitchen was very well equipped with basic things that we needed.

It would be better if it had a dining table, there wasn't enough space for everyone to eat at the same time.

Superb

Location is perfect. Everything is in the walking distance from it, and it has good transportation connection with other parts of the city. The appartment is very spacious with two queen beds and bunch of sofas.

Miloša Velikog street is too noisy and the TV in the livingroom after some tome mutes itself.

Spacious apartments

Apartments located in the center of Belgrade (20 minutes walk to the historical center). There are a lot of shops nearby and also TC Gallery is not far. The apartments itself is spacious and have everything needed (kitchenware, microwave, even sugar was there).

There only a few free parking spaces nearby. We were lucky, but I haven't seen another space while lived there. Dishwasher is not working, allthough for short stay it's not an issue. Apartments on the 2nd floor and door of the elevator is thin, so baby carriage not fit in it. Wi-fi is not working well in the farthest room.

Great location and easy access to the local amenities. The host was very friendly and helped us all the way upon our late arrival. She even guided us to the parking lots when there's no parking space available beneath the apartment.

Parking was a bit of a pain. There is no allocated parking and you may have to park on the pedestrian area if you have a vehicle.

Nice, clean and cozy flat in the center of Belgrade, with beautiful buildings in the area.

Clean and spacious flat, well situated in the centre of the city. It is situated in the embassies area of Belgrade, so there are beautiful, historical buildings in the surrounding area. The hostess was kind and waited for us. She explained clearly and quickly what we needed to know about the rooms, keys and how to check out. There is a restaurant right next to the building where the flat is, with very nice breakfast and other meals options.

The car parking near the flat is a public parking that was always occupied during our stay. We had to park our cars in a paid public parking nearby, which was a fine option for us as it is not so expensive (1500 RSD per day).

Apartment is good, but hostess is not providing the best service

The location is good for accessing the city centre. Facilities are mostly accurate to the description.

Just pray everything goes well, and then you would have a relatively not-bad stay. What happened to us is that the water boiler was broken on the second day of our stay, so no hot water for the shower, which can happen, and might be bearable for someone when it's summer. But then the communication with the hostess got difficult. We don't feel like she cares about this. Even if we can let it pass, what made me unpleasant was that I forgot my electronic toothbrush there, when I asked the hostess to send it back to me with me affording all expenses, she started to be non-responsive.

The name of the place was "3 bedroom aparment" and in the explanations of the house and also my reservation is said that there will be 4 beds. I rented the full house. However in the house there is only 2 bed and 2 sofas and only 1 set of bed lining for only one of the beds. I asked bad lining from the house owner but she said, since we are 2 adults and 1 child below 6 we should all use the same bed. It is incredible. Than why is the advertisement of the place is prepeared by her as "3 room bedroom". The house owner does not want to cooperate and it is a bed experience for me.

The apartment was really great, had everything we were looking for. The location was superb, within walking distance of the city center, and the fact that there was free parking was amazing. The heating is excellent, you don't have to worry about being cold at all. Definitely recommend to everyone.

We are going back for sure!

We loved the location and the urban view from one of the windows. We were also very fond of the big bedroom, which is like a little apartment on its own. The fact that there is both a dishwasher and a washing machine (both with detergent) is really amazing. The flat is very functional. It has two ACs, which make life in Belgrade much easier at 38 degrees outside. The city centre is nearby, but the fact that you can take different paths, streets and alleys to get there (besides the main road) is a plus for me. The owner is very open and she communicated with us all the time to ensure a smooth arrival and key collection. There are some nice details that make you feel at home, like lamps and pictures on the walls. The kitchen is fully equipped, even coffee and sugar was provided, but I would not count on that at all times since it is not in the description. All in all, we hope this apartment is free the next time we go to Belgrade.

Very stylish, cozy, comfortable, and clean. Feels like home. The apartment is newly renovated. You can find all you need for a comfortable stay. Every single detail is considered. The place has a fully-equipped kitchen, which includes every single inrgedient you might need for cooking, such as coffee, candy, salt, sugar, pepper, etc. The bathroom has new plumbing, water heater, as well as other items like gels, kleenex, fan, shampoo, toothpaste... Located on one of the central streets. Which is why, one of the rooms is quite noisy. Although, you can still sleep well if you keep the window closed. A neighboring building has a good and authentic restaurant. You can also see grocery stores and a bakery within a walking distance. No issues during the check-in. The host was friendly and answered all our questions. All our needs were satisfied. We asked for an extra bed linen kit, which was brought within just a couple of hours. Considering we travel a lot, we must say that this is one of our best stays ever. The apartment features everything described on the website.

The location couldn't have been better, the apartment was super-clean, and the overall feeling of being there was top-notch. The apartment is very spacious and you really have room to do whatever you'd like in it, once you wake up in the master bedroom you're immediately stricken with the sheer amount of space around you. Everything is spotless and you won't find the apartment lacking anything. Truly a wonderful experience and we'll be sure to come back again soon.

ENG The facilities of the house were sufficient, spacious, and provided uninterrupted service. It was always well-heated, and hot water was available at all times. The location was also very nice. English The host was the rudest host I have ever encountered. She was extremely impolite and responded to questions in a commanding and disrespectful manner. I felt that her behavior was discriminatory and that she treated us this way because we are Turkish. She said she would give us the key for check-in at 10:00 a.m. , and even though we were there at 9:45 a.m, she pointed at her watch, frowned, and spoke very rudely to us. Additionally, the bathroom in the house had an unbearable bad smell. The host also walked us through the entire house, including all rooms and the bathroom, stepping on all the carpets while wearing her outdoor shoes, which was very uncomfortable and unhygienic.
