Would for sure go again on my next trip to Belgrade.

Completely no contact check in and paying. Great communication with the owner. GREAT value for the money. Comfortable for 4 people. You have everything (gas station, market, bars, pharmacy...) at 2-5 min walking distance.

Downside is it doesn't have an elevator. But its worth it.

Премногу чисто, средено и модерно. Има се што е потребно за нормален престој, опремена кујна, голем фрижидер, удобни кревети, чиста постелнина и крпи, телевизија со добар избор на програми итн. Домаќините не ги видов но комуникацијата беше беспрекорна, љубезно ми помогнаа и одговорија на секое барање и прашање. Прецизно ми беше објаснето како да влеземе во објектот и без нивно присуство бидејќи пристигнавме на полноќ. Постои и паркинг за кола. Во околината има буквално се што ви треба, и е блиску до многу места кои сакавме да ги посетиме и можи пешки се да се разгледа. Цената е прифатлива. Секогаш ќе ми бидат прв избор за во иднина. Ви благодарам од срце.

Зградите се стари, нема лифт, апартманот е на трети спрат.

The owner Oleg was very pleasant, responsive and helpful. Also, the cleaning lady Ruska was extremely kind and willing to help. The accommodation is ok, near the city center, clean and contains everything one might need.

Free parking across the street from the house. Free Wi-Fi. The room was cool in hot weather. The owner sent pictures as instructions, where to park and how to find the entrance to the house. The owner spoke English. The location was not far from the city center, approx. 20 minutes walk. Self check in. Big apartment and shampoo and shower gel were also available.

It was a bit inconvenient to take a shower, because the whole bathroom got wet, and the shower head could not be fixed anywhere.

Good location, near Lidl, the contact person is always in touch, the guys try to solve all possible requests at once. Clean, brand new renovation. Helped with parking. I recommend.

The rating could be higher, but there are some points that spoil the impression of the stay. Not all buttons and switches work, someone broke the jacuzzi, not all the blinds work, the hanger in the bathroom is broken, there is no separate shower, although there is a place for it, perhaps it was or was not done in time. Payment only in cash, you will not know the final amount at the time of booking. All these little things can be corrected and then there really will be nothing to complain about. In general, we have positive emotions from the stay.

The kitchen/dining area looked nice, the place was warm and the owner was very welcoming. Lidl just across the street and bakery outside apartment as well. There's a bus stop 1min away from the apartment - quick bus to centre or any other location.

It's a 20mins walk to Republic Square but we knew about that when we booked the place and you can take a bus.

For one night ok.

Location is the best. Free parking. Apartman is very big, for family of 5 i enough. Modern place. Kitchen have all you need. Comunication with owner is easy. Keyless entry.

Apartman have one sleeping room and sofa for 5 of us. Sofa is in very very bad condition. It is not clean very much. A lot of switches, some not working, and wire is stiching from the wall.

Really great place

It is a great apartment in Belgrade city center. Free parking spot was secured right across the street. Although the building is old, kind of medieval style, as most in Belgrade city center the apartment itself is very modern with inner space most adequately planned. It was very clean and comfortable. As for host, they contacted me via Wattsapp only few minutes after I booked. Since it is a self check-in system they gave me very clear information, including passwords for two doors, of how to get into the apartment. They were very kind throughout the communication and politely answered all the extra questions that I had. It was a very great experience and I am sure that I will visit this place again. Thank you guys!
