Exceptional!

The property exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, cozy. Felt like home. In walking distance to shops, nice restaurants, central streets and major places of interest. It is a house, not an apartment. I would recommend booking minimum of 2 nights. It has everything you would have at home. Would definitely stay there if visiting Belgrade again. No parking at the property but there is a huge underground parking nearby if traveling by car. The host was very helpful and kind to give us some recommendations and advises.

We are family with 3 children and the house was very comfortable for us!!! It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The house is very beautiful and modern, close to the center of the city and bus stop. We will visit again for sure!!

Owner was very kind and friendly. Arrived should be between 13-14 but in that day early morning owner contacted us where are we and when he noticed we are already in Belgrade, told us to wait 30 mins and he arrived (9AM). Apartment is very nice, clean. In very good place nearby city center (few minutes by walk). Kitchen has everything for cooking. Im pretty sure next time we will make reservation in this place again.

Poor wifi for more than 3 ppl. But you can play a movie without problem. Very soft bed (but its not "-", its my "problem")

Great location in the center, yet quiet. Enough space for a family with kids. Nice garden. Clean.

No parking possible in the immediate vicinity (loading / unloading of luggage) without risking a fine. The default setting of the heating was way too hot and controlling it a bit difficult (basically one needs to leave the windows open during the whole day).

Отличное место в центре Белграда для большой группы людей,: три спальни на втором этаже, внизу большая гостиная. Два туалета и душа. Есть все необходимое для жизни. Тепло, чисто. Отдельный домик, никаких соседей. Рядом транспорт, везде можно добраться пешком. Магазины, кафе. Хозяин гостеприимный, отзывчивый. Погода была плохая и выходить из дома не хотелось, было очень уютно , как дома! Вайфай работал на ура, тепло регулируется в каждой комнате, есть стиралка, посудомойка. Ну отлично просто !!

Expérience claustrophobe malgré l’emplacement central

la localisation : très centrale, pratique pour visiter la ville. Mais honnêtement, vu l’expérience dans la chambre, j’aurais préféré loger un peu plus loin

Je savais que la chambre allait être petite, en sous-sol, probablement sans fenêtre — ça ne me dérangeait pas. Mais je ne m’attendais pas à ce que la moitié du lit soit coincée entre deux murs, ce qui donnait une sensation très claustrophobe. Mon ami et moi avions deux chambres identiques, et on avait vraiment l’impression de dormir dans une niche. En passant dans les couloirs, j’ai vu d’autres chambres individuelles qui n’avaient pas ce problème. On a clairement eu la malchance de tomber sur deux chambres particulièrement mal conçues, qui mériteraient un tarif différent car l’expérience n’est vraiment pas comparable. Autre point très désagréable : le système de fermeture automatique des portes. Le matin, quand on est à côté d'une chambre occupée par plusieurs personnes, c’est un vrai festival de portes qui claquent à chaque aller-retour aux toilettes — impossible de dormir.

Herşey çok yeni ve villanın içinde konforunuz içşn herşey düşünülmüş. ( mutfak eşyalarına varıncaya kadar) Mükemmel bir konumda , otobüs ve metronun dibi . Heryere 15-20 dk da ulaşım. Ayrıca her yere yürüme mesafesindesin. Kış olduğu için biz yürümedik. Ev sahibi bu arada mükemmel birisi. Her konuda yardımcı. Son gün misafir olmadığı için check out zamanımızı 6 saat erteledi ve rahat rahat valizlerimiz evde kaldı. Düşünmeden rezervasyon yapabilirsiniz.
