A spacious apartment in a good location with private parking in front of the door.

Missing a hunger for the coats. One of the bedrooms doesn't have A/C or heating. Also the information of how to get the keys/find the apartment should be better clarified, nevertheless the managers/owners are responsive and ready to help. Recommended.

The apartment is in a small two-storey house with no neighbors above or below, which makes it very private. There is some construction of an underground parking nearby, but it doesn’t affect the house at all – it is set back, with good access from the other side. It is quite quiet at night, and parking in the yard is very convenient. All interactions about the apartment were with the security staff, who were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the house had everything we needed, and we were happy we chose it.

Due to construction work in the surrounding streets, it was extremely difficult to find the building — even for us who speak Serbian. I believe it's even more challenging for someone who doesn’t speak our language or isn’t from Belgrade and doesn’t know the city. It might be a good idea to send a map in advance with marked directions on how and from where to reach the accommodation, at least until the construction is completed.

A large apartment - good value.

It is a large property right by St. Sava church - a 30 minute walk to the pedestrian area and park.

The stove did not work, and the property was hard to find. Very impersonal check-in, I am not sure who is in charge of it, to be honest, so it was hard to know who to contact for help with anything.

Superb location! Since the public transportation is free od charge since 1.1.2025 it is very convenient to get anywhere you need. No need to stay in very downtown. Also the chance to park our car right in front of the apartments door is something you don’t usually have. That was really perfect. Smooth check-in and check-out.

Some little things as some trash behind the beds which was probably left by the hosts before (or before the hosts before :)) ), cockroach in the apartment and small bed linen which was almost down after the night so we woke up on the mattress….

Great stay, would recommend!

The apartment was great, clean and comfortable. While our stay, we had a problem with our car and we asked the host for help - they found a person to look the car for less than an hour and the problem was resolved! Absolutely glad that we stayed there!

Maybe there could be more supplies in the first place (e.g. toilet paper) as we were 5 people and on the second day it was gone, but this is not a big deal as everything else is great!

The apartment is located in a great location, in the center of Belgrade, next to the beautiful temple of Saint Sava. The apartment was clean and furnished in Scandinavian modern style. We stayed for two nights, but the apartment meets all needs for a longer stay. Free parking in front of the apartment with 24 /7 guard service.
