Location is good close to the public transportation and Shopping Mall Gallery

It is not clean it has cockroaches inside apartment. Did not expect this in a 9.5 grading score by booking. I can’t tell the shock from my ladies when they saw cockroaches.

The entrance to the property parking location is narrow and you need to get out of the car and go to reception and get the gate bip before accessing the parking lot. Not very convenient if there are other cars but manageable.

My family and I stayed in the room for 1 day. Upon entering the room I saw the following: 1 large room with 1 large bed and 1 single. The carpet in the room was shabby and smelly (photo). Bottle and crumbs from previous guests. The refrigerator was really so small and the cabinet that was enclosed at the top was broken. The toilet, although renovated, had a bad smell and there were cockroaches on the tile. The air conditioner made a terrible noise every 10 minutes and it was impossible to sleep. I called the person in charge and complained, saying that I had not booked this room but a different one. He came soon and insisted that the booking was at fault and not him. He offered to move us to room 3. HOWEVER: this room, although larger, was full of cockroaches (photo) and a piece of the wall in front of the sofa was moldy or there was a leak. The carpet was really in a terrible condition. When I asked him if he would give it to us for the same money he asked for +5€. That is, from 67.40 + 5€. Observing this whole tragic situation, I was transferred to room 1. My daughter started crying seeing the miserable events and when I pulled the curtains for more light I noticed that the windowsill was broken and behind the radiator a bunch of spiders. In the morning I sent him a message. Two ladies who were at the reception area asked me where the cockroaches and the dirt in the house were. They were surprised and apologized. In fact, one was ironic and insulting. They offered me my money back and of course I refused. Your rooms are miserable and the photos of the rooms are misleading and fake. Under no circumstances do I recommend the apartments due to the miserable and misleading behavior and dirt.

Very pleasant stay

Easy to find and well enough for my family one day stay. It was very clean and comfortable all over the facility. Not that far from the city center.

The parking space barrier is controlled with one remote which stays at the desk and bring some discomfort but affordable.

Superb location, great staff, a stay to enjoy

The location is superb. If you want to just go shopping or exploring Belgrade Waterfront, it's a 5-minute walk. If you want to go sightseeing, you're practically 15-20,minutes away from Hotel Moskva, Terazije etc...Nena the host was absolutely smashing. Thank you for your hospitality, Nena (hvala puno ♟🌻) the free parking was a huge plus...if you opt for the breakfast, you have it right around the corner at an Italian restaurant Mamna Mia. For 4 EUR per person, it's just about fine, simple yet exactly you need to start your day...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The people at the reception were incredibly kind and welcoming. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. It's refreshing to encounter such genuine and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I truly appreciated their helpfulness and cheerful demeanor. This positive experience at the reception set the tone for a fantastic stay overall. I can't wait to return to this hotel in the future!

Bed sheets didn’t seem to fit the bed, and the pillows were very old and didn’t provide much support. Place was a bit difficult to find, but managed in the end.
