Apartment Marshall Resavska

The sofas differ slightly from the photos, but everything was comfortable.

The only downside was the elevator: it stopped halfway up once, so we had to walk the rest of the way after it came back down. It only happened once and wasn't a major issue. Also, it’s quite small three people is the maximum, or just one or two if someone is large. And a downside was that the bathroom door couldn't be locked with a key or anything similar.

Good place, good host, comfortable apartment, perfectly fits 2 adults and 2 kids.

Beautiful apartment! Location is top. Parking space is right under the building. Boiler heats, AC chills, everything works like it should. Friendly and calm landlord. I definitely do recommend.

The location was good, the price was ok, the bathroom looked good

The apartment was quite dusty, with a lot of dust balls coming from under the couch. The linen was clean but stained. There was no toilet brush, no garbage bin, no bin bags, and the smell from under the sink was bad. The host was friendly, but not to find when we left, without giving us instructions of check out. He answered the phone a few hours later and we had to improvise by hiding the keys in some place.
