Only the location is good.
It is a very old apartment. The apartment is neglected. A lot of things are broken. There is an electrical problem in the apartment. We could not use refrigerator or Owen. Because of the electrical problem we could only use the small refrigerator. The bed and one sofa is very old and not comfortable. The apartment with this price should have been better taken care of and at least bed can be new and comfortable. We book the apartment for 4 days but we stayed only 3 days. 3 days we had to stay for work and 1 day we were going to visit city but we could not stay any longer. The balcony shutters are broken, the toilet paper holder is broken. Because it was non refundable we had to stay but I would not recommend it all. Also the garage was ancient and the car stayed in a cage in the garage and was very hard to park. I forgot to mention the apartments elevator is very old too and we were trapped in it fyi.bed is very small like for 1.5 people. Bed sheets was also very small.

The place was dirty, decent price, good location
The location was good, the price was ok, the bathroom looked good
The apartment was quite dusty, with a lot of dust balls coming from under the couch. The linen was clean but stained. There was no toilet brush, no garbage bin, no bin bags, and the smell from under the sink was bad. The host was friendly, but not to find when we left, without giving us instructions of check out. He answered the phone a few hours later and we had to improvise by hiding the keys in some place.

nice apartment with parking
Personal free parking - is the biggest advantage!!!! Location is nice - not that far from the center, cafes and shops around. A good owner!
Nothing bad to say actually! But it wasn’t the cheapest variant - and after 2 days of living there I haven’t got anything that exceeded my expectations. I am sure that you can search for similar quality places for a better price.
