The location is excellent. Right in the city center. The apartment is clean and modernly equipped. The host is friendly.

If you come by car, it can be a bit challenging to find parking. But there is also a public garage near the apartment.

Owner very responsive. Convenient self check-in and check-out. Good location, building entrance somewhat rundown.

Strong smell of sewer, fixed after two attempts, in two days. "Happens when it rains, given the old building and ground floor." Remaining smell of cigarette. Ashtray below non-smoking sign sends ambiguous signal. Cash payment requested upon departure, no credit card option, settled on a bank transfer.

Room was clean and comfortable. Vuk was very helpful and we had no problem in general. Location was good you can go most of touristic places on feet. Bathtub was good.

Comfy, Great Location and very friendly host

The room was well equipped with all essentials. The bed was very comfortable and there was extra bedding in the cupboard when it got cold. The jacuzzi bath was the best part about it!

Great Luxury Suite - great location getaway.

Everything was perfect - the host, the location, the room was clean and comfortable. Luxurious suite for nice relaxation, it's great for couples and smokers, I'm definitely booking the suite again.

There is no parking, but on just 7 min walk nearby there is a public garage - parking ticket for 24h which worked great for me.

really bad experience

The hotel is located in a different address from the one shown by Google, which in combination with the fact that Belgrade is hostile to European tourists as there is no free roaming and telephone, made it very difficult for us.we needed to find natives to call the manager and give us the right address.When we arrived at the address after a lot of trouble we saw a different hotel and the reception closed, while on the phone they said they would be there waiting for us to give us the room key.When the receptionist came I told her that I could not see the hotel anywhere and that there was another hotel there and not the one I had booked. then she told me to follow her and led us to a basement next to the hotel where there were 3 rooms next to each other. I told her that I did not book what she put us but next door she told us that at the moment the other apartment has a problem and that when it is solved she will put us there. obviously we would not change room in the following days and the manager called to apologize and of course we asked him for a discount for the wrong room without the facilities we wanted. we stayed 3 days and a cleaner never came. the room was lower than our expectations, it was located in a basement and it was not even worth the discount we got which was less than 20%. not reccommended at all. the only good thing about the hotel was the fact that we met Alex, the chief of the other hotel (Kings palace suites) who was the most kind guy in belgrade and helped us a lot about our stay , public transportation , history of serbia and so much other stuff.
