Apartment Resavska

Our kind host: Mr. Dimitrijevic, with his extremely attentive and helpful approach from the moment we received the keys until we returned them, helped us create extremely positive memories of our trip to Belgrade. Location: Whether it's your first trip to Belgrade or your tenth, the location of this apartment is absolutely PERFECT. It's a 2-minute walk from St. Mark's Cathedral, 15 minutes from St. Sava's Cathedral, 10 minutes from the Nikola Tesla Museum, and 15 minutes from Republic Square. Public transport passes right in front of the apartment. Amenities: I guarantee that everything you see in the listing and more is included. Greetings and thanks from Istanbul.

Kosta is an amazing host, could not recommend him more! He met me before the property was ready so I could leave my bags, and we had a super pleasant chat while I was there. I was shown around the apartment. The apartment is well-designed and well-maintained; I had all that I needed there. High, quiet, centrally located, the elevator works. The water is also heated with a tankless (instant) heater, which is normally a huge plus, as you can shower for as long as you like (and if there are multiple people, you don't need to wait for 1-2h between showers like you would with a small hot water tank). Now, the bed was quite comfortable, and it worked perfectly for me, but...

... (but) it is a single bed, so I wouldn't have been able to stay there with my partner. There is also a sofa, but I imagine it wouldn't have been AS comfortable. That isn't a problem if you travel alone, or if you travel with a friend and you rock-paper-scissors for the bed. 😁 Another thing is the bathroom - Kosta did what he could here, but it's relatively small. Also, while the tankless water heater is generally super convenient, I wasn't able to get a constant water temperature/pressure in the shower, so I had to constantly adjust it to keep it at a usable temperature. Maybe there's a trick to it, but I only stayed for 1 night, so I didn't have time to get familiar, or maybe I got unlucky with unstable water pressure from the city. A shower with a thermostat would solve this, of course (pricy and not common in rented apartments, but here it could be quite justified)

I spent one night in the apartment and it was wonderful. It has everything you need: air conditioning, a washing machine, a hair dryer, a refrigerator, etc. Clean linens and towels. There's coffee and all the kitchen utensils. The location is also great: centrally located, with a large park and shops nearby. The owner and his dog are wonderful!

The mattress is a bit hard for me, but you can sleep on the sofa if you want.
