Spacious 2-bedroom apartment. Very clean. The apartment building is located in a dead-end street, so hardly any street noise is audible, if windows are closed. First floor. Door code at entrance and key for apartment door. A very friendly host couple came to welcome us, explain how stuff works in the apartment and handle administration and payment. Beds are comfortable. Black out blinds on front side. Many light settings. WiFi is fast. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need. Plenty of towels. Complimentary bottles of water. Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, tea and coffee. Very thoughtful and detailed. One sees, there is a lot of experience in hosting. Walking distance to Republic square and lively Vracar neighborhood. 24/7 supermarket nearby.

The thermostatic faucet of the shower is a bit fiddly. I would suggest replacing it. Only 1 A/C-unit on the front side of the apartment. To cool the whole apartment, you'll need to open all inside doors, especially in the master bedroom. I'd suggest installing a second A/C-unit on the back side (in the master bedroom) of the apartment. Anti-insect mesh on windows on the front side, but not on the back side. Though we didn't notice mosquitos, in the apartment.
