Perfect Stay.

The location was perfect. The host kindly allowed us to check in early since the room was available. Picking up the key was very easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and having a balcony was a lovely bonus. The host was attentive and asked if we needed anything. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

It was a wonderful stay

We didn’t dislike anything, everything was perfect. The room is not very big, but it is more than enough for two people, and everything was new and spotlessly clean. From the moment we made our reservation, Kristina answered all our questions very quickly and kindly. Aleksandar was also very kind and helped us a lot with carrying our luggage to the room. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Belgrade’s Republic Square. You can walk to every tourist spot you’d like to visit. Shops, shopping centers, cafes, and restaurants are all within just a 3-5 minute walking distance. During our stay with my spouse, we were very satisfied with everything. When I come to Belgrade again, this will definitely be my only choice. Many thanks to Kristina and Aleksandar.

The location was absolutely perfect — central, yet quiet and safe.

Our stay was absolutely delightful! The apartment is in an incredibly central yet quite location, which felt like a rare gem in the city. Everything worked perfectly — air conditioning, hot water, Wi-Fi, and the TV setup were excellent. It was clear that the host paid great attention to detail. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of finding water and other refreshment waiting for us in the fridge. It really made us feel welcomed. Another thoughtful touch was that our towels were replaced on just the second day of our stay — such attentive service really stood out to us. The apartment was clean and very comfortable for a short or even a longer stay. We might come back!

The apartment is on the 5th floor and the elevator is an older type, which might be uncomfortable for someone with a fear of elevators — though it wasn’t a problem for us.

Amazing location in a quirky old building (although the room itself is very new and clean). Air con and fridge a big bonus in the hot months.

Would have preferred to get keys from a lockbox, rather than meeting the host at the property.

All Great!

This accomodation had everything we needed! There were basic kitchenette provided, water & coffee& tea was refreshed upon request, there was a balcony large enough to spend an evening with a good company, enough place to store the clothes for a few days. Also, Kristina provided us with the utmost care, she walked through with us the entire check in process, checked in with us on daily basis to make we are fine, she even gave us some tips for the city !

Absolutely nothing, just 1 humble advise going forward: It might be a good idea to have a holder for shower to be installed at a higher level, to provide a more comfortable shower experience.

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Belgrade

Our stay at Premium Suites Terazije was fantastic! The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable. The location was perfect—everything was within walking distance or easily accessible by tram and bus. Kristina was an outstanding host, always available to assist us with anything we needed. Every day, she checked if we required fresh towels, coffee, or water, making our stay even more pleasant. If we visit Belgrade again, we will definitely stay here! Highly recommended!

Great location, great service, clean and warm

It was a wonderful stay, and the staff has been really helpful. The room was very clean, exactly like the photos, and it was quite warm. The place is also very central, it was very easy to take a tour of the city. As it was my birthday, the staff also surprised me with some chocolates with a special note!

New, modern, in a perfect location in the center of Belgrade, Alexander and all were so helpful, by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed!

If you have a car, the best option is parking in the main central parking station, 5 minutes from the house!

Terible experience, wouldn't recommend!

I liked Nothing! The room is too small for two person's.

I was accused of doing excessive damage in the room, wich I'm am denying. I claim that the owner is being dishonest. He extorted 120 Euros for the damage that someone else has made. I would recommend to booking to take this apartment of the list of offers on the platform! I will report this incident to the Serbian ministry of tourism.

Absolutely new rooms with really comfortable new furniture. The place is conveniently located in the city center. The staff was courteous and polite, and they helped me with any problems, even at night!!! I really like this place for short trips to Belgrade.

The mirror in the bathroom was too high for me…I'm just 154 cm tall, so it was difficult to use. I think it would be great if the owner bought chairs for the rooms.

Modern and comfortable

Steps away from the city centre, so the location is perfect. The apartment was elegant, modern, comfortable, and clean. I really liked the shower. Easy communication with the owners.

A bit pricey. Didn't have a kettle. It has a small kitchen, but hardly any dishes, pots, or utensils, so not good for those who plan to stay longer and cook for themselves. Not a problem for short stays and those who like to eat out.

Everything was amazing :) totally recommend! Perfect to explore the city, right in the city centre. Spotlessly clean, everythimg that you need is there including cutlery, plates, pots. It was a really comfortable stay. And most importantly, the hosts are great, very helpful and ready to answer all your questions. I just can't recommend enough!

My experiance

I really liked the location of this place. Right in the centre of belgrade 30 second walk to republic Square. Really nice set up. The shower was amazing. The complimentary chocolates went down a treat they were gorgeous. It was nice and quiet. Efficient replies and communications from the owners. Really enjoyed my stay. They even let me stay an extra night with me to pay the following morning because of difficulties with getting there and the airport situation

There was no signage of where the property was this caused some lady to have a go at me because I called the buzzer for the hostel not knowing where the suites were I also had to ring a buzzer on some random persons apartment to help me find it. Would of been good to meet the people that own the property. The pillows were rock hard but that's just a personal preference of mine to have pillows soft. The view out of the windows was like a war zone. Not the owners fault though. The biggest down side is there is no signage even on the outside of the door going into the property which can cause confusion. I will definitely stay again
