Locatia este foarte aproape de Centrul Vechi si de Cetatea Calamegdan, cu multe terase si restaurante in apropiere. Vis a vis de locatie este o parcare cu 6 nivele, un mare avantaj(20€ /24h). Camera este un studio, are un pat matrimonial, o canapea extensibila si un fotoliu extensibil, baia este mica, iar ușa glisanta. Plata va este solicitata cash, e bine sa aveți la voi, in zonă, la casele de schimb, am cumpărat euro cu 30% mai scump.
Încălzirea se face cu aparatul de aer condiționat, care evident nu este suficient si face mult zgomot. Canapeaua este destul de uzata, este nevoie de suplimentarea pernelor, lenjeriei si paturilor.
