The location is great. The cleanliness and tidiness in the apartment were also good.

The ho st was arrogant when we had trouble finding the garage, and made it seem like she was displeased with the fact that we called to ask for directions. The host sent her mother to welcome us and show us around. The mother only spoke Serbian, we didn't speak any, so there were many things lost in the faulty communication. They came unprepared with rest to give after demanding cash, and left very quickly after receiving the money without trying to explain or show us many things around the place. The AC was in terrible shape and seemed very old, and was giving out cold air at a very slow pace, it took ages for the living room to cool even slightly, let alone the bedroom that had no AC. We visited in August, and it was very hot both outside and inside. The host was not very receptive to the problem, and told us that if it doesn't work properly, she can't help us. As a result of the poor communication with the host's mother, we were only given the door to the garage and had to enter and exit through the garage until we had to ask the host how to get access to the front entrance. We had to reach out to the host ourselves and were finally given the details and code to the key bo, which we should've been shown when we checked in. We were provided with two large towels and two smaller towels for four people, and by the time we noticed, it had gotten late. It would've been nice if more attention was paid to these basic needs, such as enough towels, functional AC and shower gel in advance. It would've made the stay more comfortable.
