The property didn’t allow me to use the AC as they were controlling the heat so it was very very cold in the apartment. Poor hygiene. Outside very noisy. No extra blankets, no coffee, tea in the kitchen. Very disappointed.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and communication very easy. The balcony was huge, perfect for relaxing, and the added convenience of having a garage was a big plus. The location is excellent as well, just a short distance from the Rajko Mitić Stadium in Belgrade. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

Everything was great! The apartment was clean, spacious enough, with a small kitchen equipped with everything needed. What I liked the most is the fact that it has a balcony . The host was very kind and welcoming😀

I loved everything in the apartment. Cleanliness and facilities are complete, even there is coffee. I enjoyed my morning coffee very much. But there are maintenance works in the building and this issue made me wake up early from the sounds. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

Было легко добраться, есть парковочное место. С нами связались и подробно объяснили как попасть в апартаменты, воспользоваться парковкой, было очень удобно. В апартаментах было все необходимое.

Из слива на кухне и ванной был неприятный запах. Для нас также был слишком мягкий матрас. Все остальное было хорошо.

Novostavba, s vllastnou garážou. Elektronické otvorenie dverí, s kompletne vybavenou kuchyňou, peknou kupelkou, spalňou, a prísteľkou v obývačke. Niet čo vytknúť.

Начлежка на одну ночь

Новый относительно дом с подземным паркингом (правду выезд с него только если вы водитель с опытом). На одну ночь ОК если только на машине.

Локация - далеко от центра, глухой район (пешком никуда не дойти). В апартаментах банально нет даже соли (грязная губа для посуды). Туалетная бумага 🧻 остаточная. Выезд на второй день - минута в минуту - попросили на час позже (отказали) не смотря на то что у нас 1.5 летний ребенок :((

Πολύ ωραίος, άνετος χώρος σε μια ησυχη περιοχή

πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή, παρότι βρισκόταν μία παράλληλο κάτω από κεντρικό δρόμο. Πολύ ωραίος χώρος, άνετος με μπαλκόνι, ωραίο μπάνιο, λειτουργικό, ντουλάπες, τραπεζαρία., αθόρυβο ψυγείο, πλατφόρμες (Netflix κλπ). Είχε κοντά Mini Market και καφέ, που χρησιμοποιούσαμε καθημερινά

το μόνο βασικό πρόβλημα που είχε το κατάλυμα, ήταν η ηχομόνωση, κατά τα άλλα κάλυψε όλες μας τις ανάγκες.
