Had trouble figuring out the way TV works (2 remote controls for 1 TV), but I got it.

Nice and clean apartment, well furnished
First of all, that was a terrible noise from the fridge at night. Even a closed door to the kitchen doesn't help. Second, the wall in the bedroom is connected with the next building under construction, so the noise from workers starts at 8:30. Third, there wasn't a washing machine in the apartment, and there was no laundry near the apartment.
After all, the apartment is quite far from the center. You need to take a 25-minute ride on a bus or walk for more than 1 hour.
