Place, cleaness, forniture, walk in shower
Coffe machine is not working (or maybe wrong capsules provider), not clear instructions on how to use Wi-Fi (if you are not an expert managing to find the router and info on the back) and zero night curtains in the bedroom didn’t allow you to sleep after 5:am when sunlight start. Not clear a out parking facilities and ghosting this specific question at least 2 Times in a row

Mancanza di tende oscuranti per la luce diurna (ci si sveglia con l’alba), piastrelle simil - parquet, materasso troppo morbido e cuscini datati

Le style, la propreté. Il y a un parking payant en face du logement. L’hôte est réactif.
La porte de la salle de bain ne se verrouille pas mais l’hôte a dit qu’il allait la réparer. La poignée de la porte se retire également (mais fonctionne).
