Very good location and amenities in the apartment. The apartment is spacious and clean. All the appliances (air conditioning) worked properly.

The procedure for contacting the host definitely needs improvement. At first, the management company was in touch, but then they stopped responding or replied with a significant delay. I then contacted the owner whose number was in the reservation. . The procedure for paying the apartment deposit is very strange. Despite my previous requests, I received the payment link only a few hours before check-in, and at the airport, I had to try to make the transfer. This could have been arranged even a few days earlier. I received the key codes from the owner only after paying the deposit, and the rental management company sent them to me 8 hours after the check-in time. I got the deposit refunded only after four weeks and multiple letters to the owner, despite the guarantee in the offer that it would be returned within two weeks. Overall, I’ve been renting for over 20 years, but this was the first time I had such problems. It kind of spoiled my stay a bit.
