What I didn't like about the apartment was the smell coming from the bathroom and the poor drainage.

Fully recommended! Nice apartment with small park, running lines and outdoor gym. Good host.

Smaller apartment with nice design elements. Location is good in terms of parking and metro (Shoba and DMCC). Walking distance to Marina Beach. Lots of good supermarkets around. Great value is the small park, running lines and outdoor gym. Costa and Starbucks nearby. Next building has good females beauty parlor, recommended. Also copy center nearby for printing, business cards etc. Host is fast responsive, no worries that no one answers or you will be alone with your problems. I recommend this apartment, especially, if you travel with children/teenagers. You can cook your own, everything functions in the kitchen. Or just go out and enjoy more than 20 restaurants around the house.

Building is 15 years old, but price is fully worth the stay. If you want fully luxury stay, rent in Marina and pay 2-3 times more. I have rented both in Marina expensive apartments and JLT apartments - next time JLT again! Because of less traffic, cheaper price and faster access to the metro.

Отличная квартира для остановки в Дубаях! Просторная, дизайнерская - очень понравились все детали в квартире. Очень впечатляет вид с балкона! Есть все необходимое - посуда, стиралка, и т.д. Немного уставший душ, но полностью функциональный и удобный. В 2х минутах ходьбы магазин со всем необходимым. Идеально для пары с ребенком!

Ce que nous avons aimé : le lieu, la proximité des commerces , des transports, l'espace de l appartement, machine à laver, les échanges avec le propriétaire par mail avant notre arrivé Par contre: Le propriétaire ne fourni pas de facture, ce qui peut être un problème selon le client. Plusieurs choses peuvent être améliorées même si il est pratique de manger à l extérieur a Dubai, il y a de quoi cuisiner dans l appartement, mais la vaisselle ,couverts, assiettes, verres, tasses, sont insuffisantes pour 4 personnes. Équipement constaté : 2 verres, 1 tasse a café, 3 assiettes plates, 3 assiettes a dessert, 6 mugs, vraiment un point à améliorer pour un meilleur confort. J ai moi même effectué un débouchage des éviers et lavabos. Concernant la literie chambre le matelas reste peu confortable, le canapé dans la salle n est pas non plus confortable pour un couchage sur le long terme, adultes et enfants. Désolé mais le point le plus désolant c est la piscine, elle est froide et peu entretenu donc pas d intérêt à y aller , d ailleurs nous y avons été qu'une seule fois sans se baigner. Le nettoyage mériterais une surveillance des propriétaires même si d aspect nous n avons rien eu à faire. Mais en dehors de ces remarques , nous avons passé un bon séjour. Sinon je recommande.
