Very good location, close to beach and Marina (mall/walking), fairly clean facilities, perfect for visiting Dubai. Room was basic but I only needed a place to sleep

-Great location near the marina and the beach. -They have a water dispenser which comes in handy. -Clean

-The owner never tells you the full address so you only know the building and nothing more. So you are dependent on him, and on him contacting you. If you don't have internet (like i didn't) it can be a problem. -The check-in was at 15pm but i arrived at dubai at 7am so in order to check-in earlier i booked the previous day. I messaged him when i arrived at the airport and he only replied back 5 hours later. So i wasted a full day payment. -No garbage bin in the room -Air condition is always turned on. Very cold!

Good location in JBR

If you’ve ever dreamed of spending the night listening to endless door slamming and drunk strangers knocking on the door for half an hour, congratulations — you’ve found paradise. This place is a total joke. Sleep, peace, and basic decency clearly aren’t part of the package. Avoid at all costs (unless you enjoy chaos).

Lorenzo is an amazing host! Always smiling, helpful, and available at any time of the day. He and his family make you feel truly welcome and safe — you can really trust them. The rooms are spotless, super comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. The hostel itself is always clean and well-maintained. Everything was just perfect. Highly recommended!

It’s a hostel, not an apartment

The advertisement said it was an apartment, but in reality, it was a hostel. It would have been much clearer and more honest if this had been stated in the description. The location is decent, but not easy to find, and at the beginning I felt very unsafe because there was no proper check-in process at the reception. They only took a photo of my passport, and then we had to take the elevator and enter the apartment through the back door. They didn’t even provide the apartment number. On top of that, the so-called “apartment” required sharing the common areas, such as the kitchen, bathroom, and living room, with other guests — exactly like in a hostel. The bathroom and kitchen were not clean, and the living room smelled of cigarettes. In addition, the AC was not cool enough. To make matters worse, there was no pool or private pool as advertised. I ended up leaving early because I felt it was a complete scam, and I preferred to sleep at the airport rather than stay at this accommodation.

Perfect location. Very clean place. Room is small but very comfortable- you can regulate the temperature as you prefer I was surprised that small breakfast was available- it’s amazing when you booked 1 night only There is a balcony with a fantastic view for smoking or enjoying your coffee Romanian host is very friendly and gave all the information about activities around

Comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost perfectă. Locația este excelentă, foarte aproape de plaja si de metrou. Locația are tot ce ai nevoie – Bucătărie comuna complet utilata. Living comun pentru masa sau alte activități. Există un loc pentru fumători, pe balconul comun al proprietății Proprietarul este Român, așa ca apelați cu încredere, toate solicitările noaste au fost satisfăcute.

Super lokalizacja za rozsądną cenę. Idealnie dla grup znajomych.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko Dubai Marina, plaża JBR beach,deptak, obok całodobowe sklepy, apteki, blisko do metra. Ładny widok ze wspolnego balkonu, idealny na poranną kawkę. Można swobodnie korzystać z infrastruktury kompleksu budynków Murjan, na dole baseny, patio.

Pokoje są dość małe, brak w pokoju balkonu, otwieranego okna, natomiast można korzystać ze wspólnej powierzchni ( kuchni, balkonu, jadalni, pralni oraz wspólnych łazienek). Polecam pokój z własną łazienką dla wiekszego komfortu.

Sehr sauber, super Lage - kommen wieder

Super Lage, sehr sauber, mehrere Badezimmer und Toiletten. Gute Küche. Das Zimmer war ausreichend und das Bett sehr bequem. Klimatisiert war es ebenfalls. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist unfassbar schön. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Nur zu empfehlen, wir kommen wieder

Super Zentrale Lage in Dubai Marina. Das Zimmer war klein aber total ausreichend. Gemeinschaftsküche vorhanden. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Ottimo soggiorno, comodissimo per JBR

La struttura è in una zona comodissima, a un passo dalla spiaggia e dai mezzi di trasporto. Una posizione davvero ideale e gli spazi seppur piccini sono molto ben organizzati. I numerosi bagni rendono la permanenza comoda

Per il prezzo pagato, e la comodità di avere una stanza singola durante l’alta stagione va tutto bene. Bisogna avere la fortuna di trovare coinquilini rispettosi

Все неймовірно класно, починаючи від розташування, що все під боком так і до всього іншого. Власники чудові люди, сусіди українці були та інші національності, в останній день кацапи заїхали але то таке вже, головне що чисто, адекватна ціна і забула купальник, то власник написав, тепер планую повернутися ще, бо це був відпочинок на 10 з 10

Отличная локация, до пляжа пешком около 10мин, рядом Дубай Марина, супермаркеты, кафе, рестораны общественный транспорт. Хостел расположен в жилом комплексе, есть бассейн и спортивный зал. Заранее договорились с хозяином где встретиться, нас встретили и проводили до хостела. На завтрак хозяин угощает гостей куриными яйцами и кофе. Есть питьевая вода, бытовая техника и стиральная машина. Достаточно чисто. Пока проживали проблем с другими гостями не было, все соблюдали чистоту и тишину. Розетки типа G, адаптеров нет.

Грязные стены , слышимость в комнате как будто и вовсе стен нет ! Непонятный график у хозяина квартиры, в 3 ночи может быть шум . В целом хозяин был приветливым , но среди ночи могло быть шумно поэтому за это не могу сказать спасибо ! Здоровый сон -дороже ! У меня остался стресс от проживания в этом месте !

入り口のドアの鍵が固くて、自分では開けれず、毎回住人やオーナーに開けてもらいました。お風呂場とトイレがいつも濡れていて、掃除があまり綺麗に行き届いていない感じでした。もしよければ、シャンプーやボディソープも置いてあると嬉しいです。 Wifiが使えなかった。
