The price & location are okay, but lack of basic service & serious maintenance issues ruined my stay
The location is decent and close to the metro, which made getting around easy. The booking price was reasonable compared to other places in the same area. Parking is available, which is a plus. There is a mini mart downstairs, which is convenient for quick needs.
There are many things that made me regret staying here: There were no proper instructions for the keyless access. Nothing was set up in advance, and it took almost one hour of back-and-forth calls just to get into the apartment. When we entered, the electricity was completely off. Nothing worked until I personally found the DP box and turned the power on myself. There was a water leak behind the TV unit, which was very noticeable and felt unsafe. There was no service at all during the stay: no towel change, no bed preparation, and not even trash removal. The bed was uncomfortable, and part of the leather was torn and exposed. There were no instructions for the Wi-Fi. You must call them to get the password. Not directly their fault, but because the building has many families, strong cooking smells come into the room and stay for a long time

Amazing hotel, location but very poor staff with unprofessional and unsupportive behavior
It was a good apartment and was located in an ideal location I loved the view Loved the access of all the locations
What i didnt like was the way their staff behaved Their check out timing was extremely early, beyond practicality. Any requests that could have been made in professional tone, they instead ordered us in an autocratic manner. I have so far never seen such behavior from a host.

the apartment is clean and spacious. good ambiance. location is easy to find. comfortable
wifi issue. customer service of frank porter is poor. there’s no other way to communicate. the call will take 15 mins before somebody pick up. late response on booking.com message.
