Location is quite
Deposit of 1000 AED which is overrated although I got it again after 2 days and it's by card only not Cash. The apartment wasn't like the pictures totally different furniture. The team wasn't inform about my check in although I booked at 1:00 pm and arrived at 7:00pm

Budget solution...
Bad smell in the apartment when arriving, took a day of A/C usage and a lot of fresh air, but then it was ok. Surrounding area is very industrial, just a mini market in the building. All other stuff needs a taxi or metro to be reached.

Bad experience
I do not recommend this place. The first accommodation that they gave to us was awful… actually in Booking.com they do not specify which are the respective rooms with the pictures. So the studio one was full of cockroaches. Then we complained so they changed us to a flat, that was less worse.
Also they have strange procedures… during the check in the host ask for 1000,00 AED hold in advance and only accept in cash. And in check out, they take 48 hours to do the inspection in the room and same time to give your money back.
