Its not one bedroom- it's STUDIO Apartment was very dirty All 4 chairs were with broken legs No proper cutlery Very old pan and broken plates No one ever mentain this room, very old apartment Very dirty Gym and swimming pool next to the construction site with a lot of dust and noice No vacuum to clean, basically nothing available to clean while you live there Bed sheets with wholes, old

We paid the apartment, a few months before arriving,we arrived and a guy working for the owner( FROM PAKISTAN) told us that the apartment in not available.The only thing that he can do is cancel the reservation so we can get the money back.This was happening in the lobby of thr building MARINA DIAMOND 2. I WAS WITH MY WIFE AND CHILD.i understand he does shit like this to other tourists.

Expected a 'Stunning apartment' got an old, smelly and dirty one

Very old building. In the apartment the furniture was also old and in addition dilapidated and dirty. The cooker hood was covered in grease, there was a centimetre of dust on the ventilation and fridge, the legs of the chairs were broken. Bath with mould on the grout and cracked (there was no cold water). Walls with cavities, scratched or with holes. In our opinion, the entire apartment requires a general renovation and replacement of equipment. We stayed 9 nights. During this time no service came to us. Nobody cleaned, let alone changed the towels. This was our 4th stay in the Emirates so the comment is objective. We know what to expect for the price. There was a terrible problem with the draining, the kitchen sink area and bathroom stank.... The smell was not even eliminated by the air fresheners we bought. Drain flies were flying around. In addition, our apartment was on the 13th floor. We were with our young daughter, who opened the window from her makeshift bed and could lean and potentially fall from the window. We could not lock the windows, the host offered to glue them when we complained on safety grounds... We believe that we were simply cheated. We wanted to return the flat the next day (we arrived at 2am Dubai time). We offered to pay for half of the stay, but we were told that the payment we made in full was not recoverable. We were left with little choice but to stay. On the plus side, the internet worked well and the beach was only around 10 - 15 minutes away, plenty of shops nearby and the metro only 10 min walk away. Location is not everything however, we would definitively not recommend this place. The advertising on Booking indicates a 'Stunning apartment'... a worn out dive for students on a budget more like.

You were an excellent host, and I truly appreciate your prompt assistance—especially when I reported the malfunctioning window lock, and you arrived to address the issue within just 10 minutes. Additionally, I was impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the rest of the building staff, particularly the swimming trainer. Their professionalism and warmth contributed greatly to my positive experience. In summary, my stay was wonderful, thanks to your attentiveness and the team’s outstanding service. Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently booked a stay for approximately 12 nights, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly polite, welcoming, and always available to assist with anything I needed. His professionalism and hospitality truly made my stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. The service and care provided by the caretaker were impeccable—everything was clean, organized, and attended to with great attention to detail. One of the best aspects of my stay was the unbeatable location. Situated in a prime area, the apartment was conveniently close to Dubai Marina, DMCC Metro Station, Marina Beach, and JBR. This made commuting for both work and personal meetings incredibly easy. Whether I wanted to enjoy the vibrant nightlife, relax by the beach, or access business hubs, everything was just a short walk or metro ride away. To top it all off, the price at which I got this place was truly a steal for the value it offered. For anyone looking for a comfortable, well-serviced stay in one of Dubai’s most happening locations, I cannot recommend this place enough. I will definitely be booking again for my future trips!
