Great value, great location and all the facilities you need for a quick trip

Excellent location for the marina and JBR. The marina was less than a 5 minute walk. The studio had everything you need for a short trip. Great washing machine ! A couple of good supermarkets and places to eat right outside the door which were really good value for Dubai. Every question asked was answered straight away and very helpful. Not luxury accommodation but definitely value for money

There was a lot of traffic noise and the elevator bell goes off a lot during the night so take some Ear plugs then it’s fine !

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location is perfect — right next to the metro, close to the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The apartment is very clean and spacious, and it can comfortably fit up to four people, which is very convenient and something you don’t usually get in hotels. The staff were extremely friendly and always responded to our messages very quickly. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when we visit Dubai again!

Impeccable Cleanliness: Seriously, it was very very clean.Perfect for a group or family, can accommodate 4 people. Sofa is convertible. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking great meals. Prime Location: The best of all worlds—close to the beach and the Metro. Countless restaurants and supermarkets are right at your doorstep. Exceptional Staff: So friendly and professional, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. Thank you and we will be back again

Wonderful stay!

The location was absolutely brilliant, it was at walking distance from JBR beach and metro. The apartment was furnished with proper care, everything of requirement was there, we were there only for 1 night and loved the cozy, homely feeling the place gave. Never met the lady, Nataliya managing the property but she was always available over phone and messages, arranged the safari tour and city tour for us with an economical cost. It is not your typical hotel but if you are looking for a place which feels like yours during your Dubai stay, this is one strong contender.

Great apartment. Great location!

This is a beautifully presented apartment. Centrally located, easy walking distance to many local attractions, restaurants & shopping mall. Value for money. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and it was perfectly fine for a family size. They have designated parking space for the apartment which is very convenient. Highly recommend staying here!

Nice property - Little over expensive - Consider Adding Daily Housekeeping

Communication with Host was smooth Location was THE only thing that enticed us to book this property - 10min MAX walk to Metro, Beach, Tram With family and kids - this is an ideal location

The property (my room specifically) was very nice - but it felt little too compact with 2 small kids and 2 adults The Building (Diamond Marina 2) overall the management is Nice but there is too much smell in the corridors, lobby and reception/security staff (1 or 2 - not all) were rude during our stay Also Housekeeping was not included, which we feel is not justified for the price that we paid for this property - they charge extra for each cleaning whereas other places were cheaper yet offered housekeeping I was not able to get much luck with early check-in due to their own limitations of previous guests not leaving early - I get that and its fine - so if anyone plans such trips always take that call to be prepared to wait for some time (in case your flight arrives super early in the morning) as you are bound to Not get check-in till 2.30-3pm!

Exceptional Stay!

We loved everything about this place. It was cozy , very well furnished and had all kinds of stuff for a comfortable stay (new sponge for you to clean your dishes, all the kitchen utensils , shampoo , hair softener and body wash) . We also loved the design of the apartment - it can easily accommodate 4 person with opening sofa. I would highly recommend this place with 2 hands. :) Thanks for the great stay!

Exactly what I was looking for

I stayed here during a conference in Dubai. Was looking for something central, handy to the subway. Elite Studio filled those requirements, as well as providing an fully equipped apartment with a wonderfully comfortable bed. Location is near by of everything you could possibly want. It is just walking distance to famous beach as well but i could not visit due to my conference. will definitely do next time! Great stay, thank you!

Хорошая студия на 8 этаже. Без проблем нашёл вход и ресепшн ночью, открыли. В квартире все удобства. Очень хорошее расположение, по прямой море и по прямой метро. Дружелюбное общение с хозяевами.

Почти нечего критиковать. Был немного затруднён сток воды в душе. И в часах не было батарейки. Это всё. )

Отличное местоположение, в квартире имеется все необходимое - посуда, микроволновка, плита, стиралка, большой холодильник. Хороший Wi Fi. Из окна красивый вид на город, особенно красивый вид вечером. У нас был очень ранний рейс, хозяева разрешили заселиться пораньше, не взымая дополнительную плату.

La ubicación es buena, y si no te importa caminar, puedes llegar a casi cualquier zona de interés de la ciudad. A 5 minutos andando de la playa como referencia, y a 10 minutos del metro El apartamento está muy bien equipado. Wifi muy bueno y rápido. Registro de entrada y salida sin complicaciones. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas en recepción unas horas después del check-out. En general muy cómodo, sin duda volveríamos.

Прекрасная квартира, чисто, все убрано, в квартире есть все что необходимо. Полотенца, дополнительные одеяла, шампунь, гель для душа. Все кухонные принадлежности, можно с легкостью приготовить еду. Диван раскладывается и там помещается еще 2 человека. Локация отличная, метро, пляж, магазины, рестораны, детские площадки, все в 5-10 минутах ходьбы. Также есть бассейн. Спасибо большое за приятный отдых! Обязательно приедем еще!
