Excellent place to stay, super convenient and very comfortable!

Excellent place to stay. First, with regards to the location it was very convenient for us to get from the airport and to move around the city and visit the main attractions. Paul's place is around 5-10min by foot from the metro line. Dubai Marina is on the other side, if you like to walk it will take you around 20 min., for us it was very convenient. With regards to the apartment itself, we were a group of 3 people and we had enough room to sleep comfortably and place our belongings. We also prepared our own breakfast and had the appliances we needed. Everything was clean and perfect for us. There are also supermarkets nearby. Above all, Paul went beyond our expectations. He is a wonderful host and took the time to give us all the instructions and made sure we were comfortable and had all we needed there. 100% recommended.

can say without hesitation that everything was better than it appears in the listing (photos and description): The place is clean, modern, everything works well, the soaps in the shower are of great quality, towels clean and crisp, arisen working exceptionally well, easy to get into and getting around the facility, easy getting to swimming pool and sauna. And there are great restaurants and convenience stores in close proximity. My host was attentive, eager to help me out with recommendations for place es to visit, and made check-in and -out easy. He is very easy to reach (via Whatsapp) and I strongly prefer this personal attention (over many of the other impersonal services from which one at times have to deal with when) Do not think this is far from e.g. Burj Khalifa or the Golden Souk: In my experience the taxi service is great and the metro is close by and easy to use. Wherever you stay you have to travel anyway, and this location puts you in easy reach of virtually anything you wish to see in Dubai.

The bathroom shower was clogged with hair but the owner solved it very fast, he was very careful and caring about our stay there.

Modernité et propreté du logement. Accueil par le propriétaire en personne. Instructions claires. Proximité du métro et de la marina.

Les oreillers, les casseroles très usées, la moisissure au niveau de la Clim. Canapé à nettoyer avec un nettoyeur vapeur.
