stay was sad and bad....property is located well but all furniture and fixtures are old and broken..
only good part was the property was the location was in one the best localities of dubai and the view was great
the property is located in a run down building and the building is ill maintained...furniture is old....the property owner refused to clean the property....hand shower in bathroom was not working....rooms were very small....wifi was not detecting in my laptop...i was made to wait for 1 hour for someone to visit the room...though oskana was very polite but her husband bilal was real bad ....also they refused to give me an invoice despite multiple requests from me and booking.com...overall this stay did not leave a good and pleasant feeling....even the lobby area outside the apartment was worn out and under repair...

Приятные небольшие апартаменты. 13 этаж. Удобная кровать, достаточно кухонной техники. Чисто, уютно. Кондиционер хорошо работал. Есть балкон, с него открывается неплохой вид. Хорошее местоположение, пляж и метро в пешей доступности. Быстрая коммуникация с хозяйкой. Оксана очень внимательная и заботливая, сразу решает возникающие проблемы (нам быстро заменили потекший душ и перегоревшую лампу на кухне). Есть бассейн, тренажерный зал и подземный паркинг.
Диван не очень удобный (похоже, он немного неисправен).
