Compared to the balance between price and comfort, it was a very good compromise for me to stay.

The apartment's location is near a metro station, which is very convenient for travelling downtown. Support from Normy, who welcomed me during the check-in and provided all necessary assistance throughout my stay. Easy access to the gym and Pool. Small market near the entrance to the building.

The construction work near the building sometimes caused noise. The unit is located above the gym, and sometimes you may hear someone doing their exercises on the running track. The incomplete building is in front of the window, blocking the outside view.

Honestly, it was the worst apartment and service related In my life , I have never thought that I can face with such situation in 2024 in Dubai, I totally don't recommend this apartment to anyone because of: 1) There was no info that right in front of the balcony/window/outside the other building is under the total construction, so during the whole day AND DURING THE NIGHT the enourmously loud, light and dusty construction process was acting. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't rest, I couldn't open the window, etc. I have recorded the videos for Booking, will support as by the request. In case you have a child or ears - please keep distance from this apartment for at least 1 year till the building is finished. The 2 photos from balcony (time 01.30 a.m.) is attached. The staff ignored my messages)))) 2) Absolutely inadequate pump of hot and warm water, basically there was no hot water in the apartment (the heater was put on whole the week), in case you an average person, who doesnot like icy water - this appartment is not for you. 3) Total ignorance for the messages and un-professionalism of the staff. Before the trip they sent me the information with different addresses, only after my several messages to confirm that the address has changed - they confirmed that nothing had changed, "lol, sorry")))) + double-messages, messages that didn't connected with the previous information from them and so on. It was very annoying and absolutely not useful. In case your first trip to Dubai - it will make your life nervous and you can simply misunderstand what they want from you and how to get to the place. I can't say how I am unsatisfied and sad after that trip, how I fell myself scammed. I lost money, nerves and time being in this app. And also they have deposit in 500 AED, that they still didn't sent me back))
