Generally the apartment is nice, located in a very quiet area next to the metro station.
Some facilities were not so new, the floor was a little battered.

Overall, this was a reasonable budget option and a perfectly acceptable stay for the price. Good location, nearby E11 and metro. Yeasy to leave in the morning without school traffic.
The studio could have been a little cleaner, the air in the room felt stale, as if it hadn’t been aired out for a while and the staircase and immediate surroundings of the building would benefit from a bit more upkeep. That said, for a budget stay this was largely in line with expectations. The only small point to mention is that the name “Luxury Escapes” may set expectations a little higher than the property itself suggests.
