I like the room size location and staff was amazing

there was some construction around the hotel and bed smell was in washroom I paid for balcony and never get a chance to be in balcony due to work going on no one message or informed me from hotel as courtesy morning was noises of work

Location and size of the apartment

The hygiene issue need improvement specially inserts in side the apartment. This is my second time but it was disappointing due to insects in the apartment I hope the management look to this matter seriously.

Had a wonderful stay at ABAR HOTEL APARTMENTS DIP-1 for one night in Dubai. The place is family friendly, neat and clean, and feels fresh and modern with great amenities that made everything easy and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish, always quick to assist with a smile. For the location and quality, it is truly the best value for money. Would happily stay again

Good but pricey.

Location is near our target location at Jebel Ali. Good location for access of food and rest. Easy to go in and out from the area - no busy traffic.

Price are high. Do not do last minute extension, plan ahead. There are more cheaper apartment hotel in Expo City.

This is the best place in the area.

I wholeheartedly recommend staying at ABAR HOTEL APARTMENTS! From the moment I arrived, I was genuinely impressed by the incredible hospitality of the staff. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The location is fantastic, with everything I needed just a stone's throw away. The metro is conveniently just a 3-minute drive from the hotel, making it so easy to explore Dubai City. I also wanted to share how grateful I am for the flexibility they showed me. I had requested to upgrade to a 1-bedroom apartment, and the front desk staff graciously granted my request without any additional charges. Thank you to the wonderful gentleman at the front desk and the entire team—you made my stay so enjoyable!

While the property itself is absolutely perfect, the heavy traffic on the road leading to the hotel, especially during rush hour, can be quite frustrating. It significantly detracts from the overall experience.

Great location, easy parking and efficient reception; they have upgraded me without asking which is great. All hotel looks and feel new and modern. There is Sesha resturant which is great for relax time.

Hidden Gem in DIP-1

Great Apartments for anyone doing some work in DIP looking for a quieter part of Dubai. Excellent Metro service lots of local amenities. Staff are great, very attentive and always trying to please. Ashok KC was ever eager to make sure the apartment was clean. Denis, the lifeguard/gym attendant was very pleasant and made sure everyone was enjoying their leisure safely. Front Office staff were extremely helpful.

Great Friends & Family Weekend

Reception was friend and helpful. A small grocery store nearby is really an advantage. Rooms were big and we love it that each room has toilets + extra one outside.

Other than no heater in the pool, (the kids were sad :( ) - - but overall, it was a big hit, all friends wanted to come back!

Would never come back here

The car parking

I was unfortunate to be given an apartment near the kitchen in the ground floor. When I requested to change the room, the hotel was fully booked and they werent able to do so and not possible to refund. Taken shower was all cold and was never hot, whenever I complained that no hot water coming out, they never fixed the problem in the 3 nights we stayed. You get small body towels, lucky if they replace them for you next morning when doing room cleaning. A hotel in a Muslim country would be expected to at least keep one praying mat and somewhere showing the direction of the Qibal, but unfortunately that was never the case in the apartment we stayed. Lastly, as I’m a person who don’t like spicy food, the food smell from the kitchen is all over the corridor and I think every apartment in the corridor were privileged to get kitchen smells of spicy food.
