Honest Review after 4 days stay with my wife and my two dogs

Great view، great access

Great view but lots of traffic noise, great access to the marina, but the apartment is not suitable for long stays. If you are just looking for good access to the marina and have a very short stay, it is fine, but if you plan to stay more than 2 days, I would not recommend it. A few points: no parking, strong smell of insecticide in the hallway, also I saw a few cockroaches in the bathroom, last point, if you plan to cook, do not count on the kitchen utensils.

FABOLOUS

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had one of the best balcony views of Dubai Marina — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The host was helpful and responsive, and check-in was smooth. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and Marina Walk. Only small note: there is no TV, but overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely come back.

UNHYGIENIC, RUDE HOST & SCAM, SERIOUSLY it’s not what it looks like

It was in marina overlooking the Marina water

It was absolutely disgusting, dirty with 3 different types of hair on the floor, cockroaches everywhere. I have a video and pictures of dead cockroaches in the bedroom and the bathroom. The living room sofa has stains on it. I’m the bedsheets we’re dirty!! The floor is sticky! The oven doesn’t work! ITS TRASH. Like seriously how could she put this property on booking thinking that repactable people will stay here. Then as the one responsible, she blamed it on the cleaners. When cleaners arrived, I asked them if they had cleaned they said no, they weren’t even instructed to clean this entire week, but guests have been staying there. Ugghhhh when I complained to her she threatened to charge me a penalty and refused my refund, disgusting behaviour. Never have I seen such a scammer like that.

Nice view for a small budget

It was literally the cheapest offer mid July (38€ per night for two), and it comes with a nice view on the Marina from the balcony. The apartment / balcony is quite nice, with a tasteful interior and the bed was also comfortable. It also comes with a kitchen, washing machine and a huge sofa in the living room. Overall, despite some problems, it was good value for money!

Some slight problems: Window in the sleeping room did not close entirely, so you always hear the buzz from the street and probably some venting or ac units. Most of the pots and pans do not work with the induction stove, also they were oily and smelled of old fat. There where a couple of small insects and we assume that the apartment had not been used for some months before. It had only been cleaned right after we booked it last minute. There was no kitchen towel or drying surface for the dishes, no soap in the toilet. The curtains are in a very bad state and can not cover the huge window in the living room, also the window blinds in the bedroom are in a bad condition.
