매우 깨끗합니다. 신오쿠보 근처에 있어서 접근성이 좋아요. 방3개지만 2개는 창호지같은 문으로 연결되어있어요. 세븐일레븐 걸어서 1분컷 4층인데 계단이 없고 좀 가파라서 무거운 짐을 옮길때는 힘들어요. 1층에 한국 식당이있어서 위치 찾기 좋아요. 세탁기, 세제가 구비되어있어서 단체여행에 특화됨. 신오쿠보역 5-10분 신주쿠역 10-15분
