We booked here for our final night in Tokyo seeing the Shinjuku Sumo Show (a three minute walk from here).
The host communicates well and instructions are clear and accurate.
The place is quite spacious and comfortable, in a quiet neighbourhood close to restaurants, Izakaya and convenience stores.
We had the best sleep of our 12 days in Japan with nice comfortable beds, dark bedrooms and a comfortable living area.
With a washing machine, you’ll be able to clean up here.
A fully equipped kitchen with MASSIVE fridge and freezer, if you’re long term this would be really suitable.
There were a couple of cockroaches that I cleared out with some hot water but nothing else.

Location was perfect.
Water pressure in the toilets was not adequate. Also there was a foul smell in the toilets.

The location was perfect for catching trains all over Tokyo
We had to clean the kitchen ware before using as it was dirty. Also, if there is room for 8 people it would be nice to have a glass and mug per person instead of a couple of each.
