Great Stay with Friendly Hosts and a Comfortable Home

Very friendly and responsive hosts. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rennes for a short stay.

The bins outside had a bit of an odor at times, but the inside of the house was always fresh and pleasant. It would be great if the wardrobe drawers could be fixed for even more comfort.

Logement a fuir ! Environnement extérieur lugubre. Porte extérieure sinistre. Intérieur de l'immeuble ressemblant a un squatte. Intérieur du logement froid (il faut payer un supplément pour le chauffage). Intérieur sale (murs tachés pas nettoyés, joints de carrelage sales, toiles d'araignées). Pas de couvertures. Literie de mauvaise qualité. Nous avons mal dormi. Nous nous sentions en insécurité. Nous sommes restées 1 nuit au lieu de 2 prévues.

Pourrait vraiment être parfait

Le confort du lit était impeccable

La poussière sur l’ameublement en hauteur, le plancher aurait besoin d’un nettoyage en profondeur. Des cups de café (style Nespresso) étaient disponibles mais pas la cafetière pour les utiliser.

Séjour très agréable (tant par l'hébergement que par la beauté de la ville).

J'ai apprécié la proximité avec la gare et le métro et également avec le couvent des Jacobins (lieu de colloque) les trajets à pieds se font facilement. J'ai également fortement apprécié la propreté du logement mis à ma disposition, son confort et sa fonctionnalité. Un logement très bien équipé.

La petite déception : le premier jour je n'ai pas pu capter les chaines de télévision. Ce qui en soi ne m'a pas dérangé puisque je n'ai utilisé le logement que pour dormir et prendre mon café du matin.

Bon séjour

Logement à proximité de la gare SNCF et de la gare routière, ce qui était appréciable pour mon déplacement professionnel. Appartement permettant de séjourner plusieurs jours. Un supermarché à proximité pour quelques courses de dépannage.

Une remontée en température de l'appartement quelques heures avant mon arrivée aurait été un plus
