About this apartment rental
The private room I rent has of course access to common areas such as the bathroom, toilet, living room, kitchen and balcony which are shared only with myself. My accommodation on the Vilaine is a 5-minute walk from the historic center and public transportation. You will appreciate it for the brightness, comfort, equipment. The kitchen open to a large living room is functional and friendly. My accommodation, equipped with fiber, is perfect for couples and solo travelers. It is close to all the necessary shops and the towpath, ideal for hikers and joggers:) Finally, the brand new bed brings even more comfort:)

This is a perfect place to stay for a few days in Rennes. It is a short walk to a métro station and about 15 minutes walk to the historic center. The owner is super friendly and speaks three languages. It’s a very clean, safe place and I would définitely stay there again anytime I return to Rennes.

Fabienne is a thoughtful host. She offers a clean, friendly space perfectly located for someone new to Rennes. She was exceptionally supportive. She assisted me to find the local amenities and ensured I could navigate the local metro. She also helped me practice my French language! It was a perfect start to my year in Rennes.
