The Cocoonr agency presents to you for rent, in Rennes, this warm 36m² apartment located in the heart of the historic center, in the most beautiful tree-lined courtyard in the city, in the quiet of a 17th century residence classified as a historic monument full of charm. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), Ty cocoon can accommodate up to 4 people for a professional stay or a tourist visit to Rennes. Its contemporary and warm decoration blends perfectly with the history of the place.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- An entrance with separate WC
- A living room with TV, dining room and comfortable sofa bed
- An equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, hotplates, washing machine, etc.
- Bedroom with a bed (140x190)
- A bathroom
The apartment is close to all amenities, restaurants, transport and parking (Lices parking lot). You can do everything on foot.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park at Place des Lices, parking open from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Public transport: The République metro stop 500 m away
- Nearest station: Rennes station, 2.5 km by car / 1.5 km on foot
- Nearest airport: Rennes Airport 8.8 km by car
