Cocoonr is pleased to present this cosy 36m² flat for rent in Rennes, situated in the heart of the historic centre, within the city’s most beautiful tree-lined courtyard, in the peaceful setting of a charming 17th-century residence listed as a historic monument. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), Ty Cocon can accommodate up to 2 people for a business trip or a holiday in Rennes. Its contemporary and cosy décor blends perfectly with the history of the building.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An entrance hall with a separate toilet
- A living area with a TV, dining area and sofa
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, hob, washing machine…
- A bedroom with a bed (140x190)
- A bathroom
The flat is close to all amenities, restaurants, transport links and parking (Parking des Lices). You can do everything on foot.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park at Place des Lices, which is open from 4am to 9pm.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Public transport: République metro station is 500 m away
- Nearest train station: Rennes station, 2.5 km by car / 1.5 km on foot
- Nearest airport: Rennes Airport, 8.8 km by car
Other notes:

- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made upon arrival.

Ty Cocon "Rooms are spacious and nice, the location is amazing and the old buildings and backyard are beautiful. I didn't like very small toilet and almost no light in living room. Even though there was a fee for cleaning, we were asked to take out garbage. We had to search for trash cans outside. That wasn't very pleasant and there were some problems with wifi in the beginning.

The mattress in the bedroom HAS to be changed, very unconfortable. It is a very old building so be aware that it is crooked but you are in the center of Rennes.
