Cocoonr offers you this bright, fully-equipped flat to rent in Rennes. Located in the heart of the historic centre of Rennes, with a surface area of 25 m² and positioned on the 2nd floor (no lift), the clock can accommodate you alone or 2 for a business trip or a tourist visit to Rennes. Ideal for a couple or a business trip, you will particularly appreciate its location, comfort and calm.
The flat has the following layout:
- Bright living room with sofa and dining area.
- Fully-equipped kitchen: microwave, hob, sink, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, etc.
- Bedroom with TV and double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the Lices car park, which is 400 m from the accommodation (5 min), however, parking is subject to a charge.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Public transport: The République metro stop is 300 m away (3 min walk), where you'll also find all the bus routes.
- Nearest train station: Rennes train and bus station is 1.4 km (20 min walk) and 1.8 km (8 min drive) away.
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport 6.7 km (18 min by car), Nantes airport 116 km (1h20 by car).
Other remarks :
- This flat is equipped with wifi connection
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.

L'Horloge A few hiccups (difficulty to reach the host, missing info, tv/wifi setup was a mess and had to fix it) but an overall pleasant stay. The wifi is fast and ideal for work as well as entertainment. The place is beautiful and perfectly located.

L'Horloge "We had a nice stay in Rennes.
The location of the apartment was super central, but still very quiet. We didn't notice anything from the people outside or in the house.
The staff at Agency Cocoonr were very friendly and accommodated our short-term inquiries. There were also good descriptions of where you could find things in the house and the surrounding area.
However, when we arrived the kitchen utensils were dirty and there were used tea bags in the kettle.
But overall we had a good stay."
