About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming, fully equipped and very light-filled flat for rent in Rennes. Situated in the heart of Rennes’ historic centre, with a floor area of 25 m² and located on the 2nd floor (no lift), the flat can accommodate one or two people for a business trip or a holiday in Rennes. Ideal for a couple or a business trip, you’ll particularly appreciate its location, comfort and tranquillity.
The flat is laid out as follows:
- A lovely, light-filled living room with a sofa and dining area.
- Fully fitted kitchen: microwave, hob, sink, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle…
- One bedroom with a TV and a double bed (140x190)
- One bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park at the Lices car park, which is 400 metres from the accommodation (5 minutes’ walk); however, there is a charge for parking.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Public transport: The République metro station is 300 metres away (a 3-minute walk); you’ll also find all the bus routes there.
- Nearest station: Rennes railway and coach station, 1.4 km away (20 mins’ walk) and 1.8 km away (8 mins’ drive)
- Nearest airport: Rennes Airport is 6.7 km away (18 mins by car); Nantes Airport is 116 km away (1 hour 20 mins by car).

L'Horloge A few hiccups (difficulty to reach the host, missing info, tv/wifi setup was a mess and had to fix it) but an overall pleasant stay. The wifi is fast and ideal for work as well as entertainment. The place is beautiful and perfectly located.

L'Horloge "We had a nice stay in Rennes.
The location of the apartment was super central, but still very quiet. We didn't notice anything from the people outside or in the house.
The staff at Agency Cocoonr were very friendly and accommodated our short-term inquiries. There were also good descriptions of where you could find things in the house and the surrounding area.
However, when we arrived the kitchen utensils were dirty and there were used tea bags in the kettle.
But overall we had a good stay."
