About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming 38 m² flat for rent, situated in the heart of the pedestrianised streets and bustling historic centre of Rennes. Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift) and fully equipped, with tasteful décor, the Ty Sauveur is the perfect choice for one or two people, whether you’re visiting Rennes on business or for leisure. It also offers a lovely view of Saint-Pierre Cathedral and the streets of the historic centre. Its contemporary and cosy décor blends perfectly with the history of the place.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living room with a TV and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen, including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, washing machine…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200). It opens onto a small, pleasant and functional bathroom.
- Separate toilet
The flat is close to all amenities, restaurants, transport links and a car park (Parking des Lices). You can do everything on foot.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park at Place des Lices, where the car park is open from 4.00 am to 9.00 pm.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Public transport: République metro station, 500 metres away
- Nearest railway station: Rennes railway station, 2.5 km by car / 1.5 km on foot
- Nearest airport: Rennes Airport, 8.8 km by car

This is a cute one bedroom apartment in a great location, just behind the cathedral and one block in either direction of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. The bed was very comfortable. It has the smallest, most efficient sink and shower room I have seen with a separate toilet room. The street outside tends to get busy and noisy in the late evening, so bring earplugs and that should help dampen the voices. Rennes is a beautiful, very walkable city and this apartment is centrally located.
