Very good location, not far from metro stop and shopping.
Apartment could use a better cleaning. May have mold issues as evidenced by paint on wall. Light fixtures dangling from ceiling in living room, broken in kitchen.

Spacious apartment in good location
Walking distance to old town. Good internet and tv coverage.
Apartment rather scruffy and peeling paint in bedroom. Uncomfortable bed. We had to clean some kitchen crockery and cutlery before use. A few persistent ants.

L'appartamento è spazioso e caratterizzato da un'atmosfera affascinante, che ricorda gli anni '60/'70. Julien, il conduttore, è stato un ospite eccezionale: accogliente, disponibile e prodigo di consigli, oltre che molto flessibile con il check-in e check-out.
L'alloggio è dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole: letto comodo, ampi armadi e una cucina attrezzata (anche se qualche utensile in più sarebbe gradito). La posizione è eccellente, silenziosa e ben collegata al centro città, sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici.
Abbiamo scelto Rennes come base per esplorare la Normandia e Mont Saint-Michel, grazie al comodo aeroporto e ai collegamenti efficienti. La città stessa si è rivelata una piacevole sorpresa, ricca di fascino e meritevole di una visita approfondita.
L'arredamento, pur non seguendo uno stile definito, contribuisce all'atmosfera suggestiva dell'appartamento. Qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione e una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia renderebbero il soggiorno perfetto.

The location was great. The apartment is spacious and provides good value for money. The check in process was easy and flexible.
The apartment has bad mould problems. Despite the cheap price, these need to be solved urgently, as the mould growth is right by the bed! Additionally, the towels weren’t very clean. It would be endlessly helpful to provide basic essentials like shower gel and shampoo. There was a full tray of cigarette butts on the balcony, which I think should have been emptied before the next guests.
