Deserves a higher rating, an excellent place to stay. I stayed here for a month as a stopgap between moving abroad, and it provided pleasant solace during what can be a stressful time. Totally unbothered during my stay, only by the occasional rustle of a leaf during the night - it’s the quietest place I’ve ever stayed in a town.
No issues, shops everywhere. The other reviews are a bit ridiculous. WiFi was fine, I worked from the dining room table. Washing machine, iron, drying rack, kitchen fully equipped, TV fine, bed and bedding comfortable, tasteful curtain & window frame choice, comfortable sofa, cosy living area.
Only consideration is the bath / shower. I’m accustomed to a walk-in shower, so it was just different to use the handheld shower or take a bath. But you get used to it.
The local area is also quite interesting, socially and architecturally. It has a charm of a certain kind.

Comfy bed. Nice kitchen area
Toilet downstairs. No privacy. Bedroom and living space over looked from the house attached. No blind on the patio doors. Microwave didn’t work.
