A great stay
Deserves a higher rating, an excellent place to stay. I stayed here for a month as a stopgap between moving abroad, and it provided pleasant solace during what can be a stressful time. Totally unbothered during my stay, only by the occasional rustle of a leaf during the night - it’s the quietest place I’ve ever stayed in a town. No issues, shops everywhere. The other reviews are a bit ridiculous. WiFi was fine, I worked from the dining room table. Washing machine, iron, drying rack, kitchen fully equipped, TV fine, bed and bedding comfortable, tasteful curtain & window frame choice, comfortable sofa, cosy living area. Only consideration is the bath / shower. I’m accustomed to a walk-in shower, so it was just different to use the handheld shower or take a bath. But you get used to it. The local area is also quite interesting, socially and architecturally. It has a charm of a certain kind.

Man kann das Auto in der Straße kostenlos parken. Genug Platz, Bett bequem
Die Unterkunft wirkt sehr ungepflegt, viele tote Insekten auf den Fensterbänken, fleckige Wände, Spinnenweben (an Decken, Wänden und Stuhlbeinen) ekelhafter Fleck auf dem Stoff- Nachttisch. In der Kühlschranktür ausgelaufenes und angetrocknetes weißes Zeug. Im Gefrierfach vergammeltes, ausgelaufenes Irgendwas…Habe es nicht angerührt (igitt) Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer befinden sich recht Dunkel im Keller des Hauses. Die Terrasse und das große Panoramafester sind uneinladend dreckig- schade Sehr unbequem, dass es keinen Föhn gab. Die Gegend ist so halbhübsch, man läuft ungefähr 25 min in die Stadt Seltsam kam mir auch vor, dass man nach Buchung noch ca 650 Euro Kaution hinterlegen musste, oder wahlweise ca 50 Euro pauschal bezahlen mussten. Vor Ort gibt es leider keinen Ansprechpartner.
