Had everything we needed. Comfy beds, towels, kitchen for our use. Body soap and shampoo.
Warmth. Table and chairs.
The room with a king bed had a slight cat urine odor. This issue could be resolved with a urine seeking flashlight to find the spot, then a good dose of hydrogen peroxide or other urine neutralizing enzyme.

The location of this guesthouse is excellent—just a five-minute walk to the SkyTrain station, which is extremely convenient. Although the building and room are quite old (which is very common in this area with many century-old houses), the room itself is very clean and tidy. The toiletries were also clean and well prepared. Considering the affordable price, the age of the room is completely acceptable. Overall, it’s a great value for money. The host, Linda, is very warm and welcoming. There are also free Vancouver city maps available for guests to take.
