I stayed in a small queen bedded room looking out to the back yard. Parking on the street in front of the house was easy. The bed linens were comfy, but the bed was uneven; despite this I slept well. Having a kitchen with basic supplies ( coffee, tea , oatmeal) was nice. Things were pretty quiet, although I did hear someone moving around upstairs on the creaky floor. My room was adjacent to the shared bathroom, but I didn't hear anything from it. For an inexpensive overnight, the whole experience was good.
The kitchen trash was overflowing and it took a bit of fiddling to get the somewhat worn drip coffeemaker to work.

I liked the location, and I was pleased that the owner provided me with the information needed to access the property.
I didn't like the smell of the room. There was an intense scent everywhere, like a mixture of cleaning products and humidity. The sheets and bathroom were not clean either, and although the booking said there would be breakfast, no one informed us how this worked. Also, when I was going out, the guy who I guess cleans the facility did not even say hello or introduce himself.
