Stay at réal palazzo with a stunning view

The apartment is beautifully designed and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable visit. The reality is better than photos. The highlight is definitely the stunning sea view — waking up to it every morning was truly magical. The location is perfect as well, with easy access to the sea, local restaurants, and public transportation. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. It really felt like a home away from home. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Malibù Miramare to anyone visiting Genoa!

Great view

Huge hill to climb to access the property. 🫣Listed as air conditioned. There is one unit in the bedroom..The rest of the property no aircon and uncomfortably hot. Needs to be clearly indicated in advertising No fans either. This is needed in the summer months. Few maintenance issues shower needs repair. Power point not functioning in the kitchen. Fridge not cold.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft im prestigeträchtigen Grand Hotel Miramare - Frühstück mangelhaft. Setzen.

Imgrunde könnte hier alles perfdekt sein. Aber... Zunächst einmal befindet sich das 2-Zimmer-Appartment mit Bad und Kochnische direkt am Hafen und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof Genova Principe in dem alten 1908 eröffneten "Grand Hotel Miramare", ein beeindruckender Bau im Art Deco Stil gehalten. Allein der Eingangsbereich mit riesigen wunderschönen Art Deco Lampen erinnert eher an eine Kathedrale als an eine Unterkunft. Ich wohnte im 5. Stock und hatte vom Balkon einen traumhaften Blick über das Meer und die Stadt. Fußläufig in etwa 20 Minuten erreicht man die Altstadt mit Geschäften, tollen Bars und Restauranten. Das Auto ließ ich lieber stehen, da die Parkplatzsituation in Genua - wie in den meisten Großstädten - schwierig ist. Parken konnte ich (gegen Aufpreis!) bombensicher hinter diversen Schranken, haushohen Toren und in einer Einzelgarage. In die zwar allenfalls mittelgroße Pkw passen, aber das reichte mir für mein Auto aus. Wie gesagt, hier könnte die vollen 10 Punkte erreicht werden, wenn nicht...

Die Unterkunft wird ausdrücklich "mit Frühstück" angeboten. Bei einem "Frühstück" erwarte ich zumindest ein / zwei Tassen Kaffee, in Italien auch Cappuccino und frische Brötchen mit entsprechendem Aufschnitt, also Käse, Schinken, Wurst. Zumindest süßen Aufstrich, wenn Käse oder Wurst der Unterkunft im Einzelfall zu teuer ist. Was hier angeboten wird, ist absolut ohne Wert. Auf dem Tisch befindet sich ein Teller mit trockenen Keksen bzw. abgepackten trockenen Hörnchen (Siehe Pic). Für die Kaffeemaschine wurden mir für 3 Tage Aufenthalt 4 (!) Kaffeekapseln hingelegt, aus denen sich nicht mehr als 4 Espressi rausquetschen ließen. Auf meine Bitte, mir wenigstens noch ein paar Kapseln zu geben, hieß es: Die Kapseln sind abgezählt. Für jeden Tag 1 (!) Kapsel. Eine 4. Kapsel habe man mir dazu geschenkt. Auf massives Bitten hin bekam ich am letzten Tag doch noch eine Dose mit gemahlenem Kaffee für die immerhin vorhandene kleine Mokka-Maschine. Der Kühlschrank war bis auf eine kleine Flasche Wasser und eine noch kleinere Flasche Saft leer. Ich will die ganzen Ausreden, warum man kein besseres bzw. überhaupt brauchbares Frühstück anbieten könnte oder wollte, hier gar nicht aufzählen. Fakt ist, entweder biete ich dem Gast ein anständiges Frühstück oder - wenn ich das nicht will oder kann - biete ich die Unterkunft OHNE Frühstück an. Den Gast mit einem "Frühstück" locken und dann keins anbieten, geht gar nicht. Noch einmal an dieser Stelle, damit keine Missverständnisse aufkommen: An den trockenen Keksen hätte man sich zwar satt essen können. Aber ein Frühstück im herkömmlichen Sinn ist das nicht. Ich war schon in vielen Unterkünften in vielen Ländern, das kann man meinen Bewertungen hier bei Booking sehen. So ein "Frühstück" habe ich noch nie erlebt. In keinem Land. Hier muss dringend nachgebessert werden; oder die Unterkunft ohne Früstück anbieten.

Superbe appartement avec vue fantastique sur la ville et le port avec tout à pied et facile d’accès.

La vue, l’emplacement, le bâtiment, la taille de l’appartement, le supermarché juste en dessous. Bien chauffé. Possibilité de garage. la propreté de l’appartement.

Des détails : n’oubliez pas que vous êtes en ville et que les villes sont bruyantes et un coup de chiffon sur la ventilation de la salle de bains.

Heerlijk apartment in de buurt van het oude centrum

Het is een heerlijk ruim appartement met een fantastisch balkon. Heel mooi uitzicht. De bedden zijn prima.

Het ontbijt is summier volstaat. Wij hebben veel moeite gehad met de airconditioning. Het zou fijn zijn als er iemand bij het inchecken is die Engels spreekt en kan uitleggen hoe deze werkt.

L’emplacement est une horreur, en bas à 100m sur le chemin pour allez en ville se trouve une placette où des « racailles » se sont installés et donc un sentiment d’insécurité nous a obligé à rentrer en taxi. Un bruit insupportable jusqu’à 1h du matin ce qui nous laissé un sentiment amer… payer 150€ pour une nuit dans ces conditions est intolérable. Gênes ne nous a pas plus du tout, des migrants, des drogués et de la racaille partout à fuir…

Történelmi épületben modern, kellemes lakás kilátással a tengerre.

Az MSC kikötőhöz közeli szállást kerestünk. Történelmi, nagy elegáns épületben, modern, kellemes jól felszerelt lakás, a tengerre, kikötőre néző terasszal. Bolt az épület alatt, vasútállomás, autóbusz a közelben. Külön köszönjük a bekészített italokat ételeket, kellemes meglepetés volt.

MAGNIFIQUE

Tout était parfait, l'emplacement, le logement il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin avec une belle terrasse. Egalement une très belle attention de l'hôte, dans le frigo des jus de fruit, des yaourts et aussi tout ce qu'il faut pour déjeuner (biscottes, confiture, nutella). L'emplacement est idéal et magnifique, il y a une supérette juste en dessous de l'immeuble. La gare est située à 100 mètres nous nous sommes déplacés en train pour visiter les cinq terres, portofino ... Le parking est payant si vous devez stationner mais vous êtes en sécurité c'est très pratique car autour de l'appartement pas de possibilité de stationner. Un magnifique séjour dans ce lieu

Der atemberaubende Blick über Stadt und Hafen sowie die recht günstige Lage sowohl zur Altstadt als auch zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln inklusive dem Hafen. Außerdem auch die Parkmöglichkeit unmittelbar an der Unterkunft. Des weiteren sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist die professionelle Übergabe der Schlüssel für Unterkunft und Garage und somit die zeitliche Unabhängigkeit bei Ankunft sowie Abfahrt. Nicht zuletzt sind die recht bequemen Betten positiv zu erwähnen.

Emplacement top, à 3 minutes à pied de la gare Principe, des bus et du métro. Vue incroyable et dégagée. Literie super confortable. Appartement entièrement équipé et très propre.

Les bâtonnets parfumés dans le salon et dans la chambre à coucher. Odeur beaucoup trop forte.

Замечательная очень комфортная хозяйка. Всегда на связи, если необходимы советы- и посоветует и забронирует ресторан. Расположение- лучше не придумать! 5 мин пешком от жд вокзала и почти по прямой (совсем немного в горку), 5 мин от морского порта (пешком). В аппартаментах все есть: стиралка, сушилка, утюг, кофемашина. Шикарнейший вид из окна. Просто фантастический. Все действительно очень хорошо!

schöner Ausblick, Garage auf dem Hof, sehr schönes Gebäude, kleiner Laden direkt neben an, Schlüsselübergaben war unproblemantisch, als Frühstück wurde Zwieback, Joghurt und abgezählte Kaffeekapseln angeboten.

Die Duftstäbchen in jedem Raum waren einfach zu viel...... es war nicht mehr angenehm.
