Beautiful accommodation with spectacular views over Genoa..great base for exploring harbour and old town. Had everything you would need for a comfortable long or short stay. Would definitely want to stay here for longer another time. Sadly only had one night! Directions and communication excellent!

The location is great, the building is gorgeous, the views are amazing, AC helped a lot in the heat, there is everything you need in the apartment
We had some issues with the shower door and toilet flush buttons, they are a bit broken, though easy fixable, so not a big issue

It is a very spacious apartment. The AC is only available in the bedroom and you have to empty a bucket on the balcony twice a day. The bed was amazing-incredibly comfortable. Nice kitchen but could use some attention. The fridge is not cold enough and BOTH moka pots available to make coffee were put away while still wet & had mold growing on them where you are supposed to put the water.
It was frustrating communicating with the host. The welcome video is very fast and hard to follow. No explanation was given on WiFi or AC. Host just assumes travelers know how things work and that you will just figure it out.

Great view
Huge hill to climb to access the property. 🫣Listed as air conditioned. There is one unit in the bedroom..The rest of the property no aircon and uncomfortably hot. Needs to be clearly indicated in advertising No fans either. This is needed in the summer months. Few maintenance issues shower needs repair. Power point not functioning in the kitchen. Fridge not cold.
